I had a very positive experience dealing with Air Tech of Katy. The receptionist, scheduler, sales personnel and installation crew were great in replacing my cooling and heating service. The are very professional and take their time when helping the customer inderstand the system requirements, options and financing! I am very pleased with my experience with Air Tech Katy. A special recognition goes to Efrim Jefferson and Nicholas Lauder. Nicholas worked on my plumbing system. He is very knowledgeable and works very hard to fix you issue in a straight forward manner.

Ask for these two when you call.

Tim Franks with Air Tech of Katy was fantastic!! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about our AC system in general but he was incredibly thorough when it came to explaining everything to us. He went through the trouble of properly labeling everything on our system layout so we knew which units were for certain parts of the house for future reference. He also was extremely thorough in is report at the end of the job! On top of his technical expertise he was extremely courteous of our home, always wearing shoe covers when walking through our house to the attic where our HVAC units are located. I would definitely recommend Tim Franks and Air Tech of Katy if you’re looking for AC repair or maintenance.

Chris was great, arrived on time an was very knowledgeable and professional. He was efficient and took all precautions when taking a look at the systems. Shared pictures and information with me afterwards and also stated that he would add reminders for annual maintenance!!

We had previously been told that our NEST thermostat was the issue with our newly installed unit not working correctly. I called TempPro for a second opinion and Jason diagnosed the issue with the A/C within 10 minutes and also configured the wiring so that the A/C would work. He is knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the issue before he left.. 100% recommend..
