Great place for HVAC parts & supplies. They usually have parts we need in stock. The staff is courteous, friendly & helpful and the coffee is free!

I understand having to be licensed to buy parts and repair units, but to not be able to get help finding parts and checking availability is pretty sorry. A big waste of time

Not sure if this employee is a manager but I’ve witnessed his customer service and it is top notch, and I’m not a customer. I am a just a Cardinal Delivery driver who delivers here frequently and if I always get treated well by this guy hen you know a paying customer definitely will. His name is Ethan Phillips. I’ve seen this man be professional and knowledgeable with A/C equipment and supplies plus I might add he’s one of those multi-tasking dudes that can do anything from unloading my truck to selling goods to the customers and he knowing the regulars by name. Oh, and once this dude offered me complimentary Coffee and Donuts. Saved me a few bucks from going to Bucees! 😃👍
