My Ac stopped working on Saturday. I got home late from work and there was no way I could get any one to check or fix the AC for me. We couldn't sleep all night due to heat. Early Sunday morning, I started calling all the HVAC companies I could find on on Google, yet no one was willing to come to my house as it was a Sunday. Most of the companies I called were charging $200 travel fee since they term it emergency service. When I called J&CR they told me a technician will be at my house in 1 hour time. I thought I didn't hear well. I then asked how much I will pay, I was told they will give me a free estimate. I couldn't believe my ears. I thought it was not true. Within an hr, the technician showed up. In less than 30min my Ac was up and working again.

I will recommend this company any time, any where and any day. I give them 5stars rating.

Great and fast service. I called them after hour and they showed up within 2 hours with parts and everything. They checked all the system and waited to make sure my AC was working for the night. I highly recommend them, they wont let you down. No matter what day of the week or what time of the day, they will be there.

The technicians were polite and professional. They were also very knowledgeable. They listen and addressed my concerns prior to me giving them the job. They were very reasonable regarding cost. Excellent warranty! I highly recommend this company.

Our AC went out somewhere around afternoon. We called in evening on Friday and they were able to send the tech team out for service the next morning. The tech guys arrived on time and were able to get our system up and running quickly. All the team members were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They took time to explain all our questions. We highly recommend their services.

They are very professional, and their work is meticulous and clean. They did extensive modifications to our two central HVACs plus a minisplit as part of a house addition. They added returns to all rooms, plus sealed the plenums and central units. We are extremely happy with the work and would use them again.

From the first conversation, they just felt different. Super genuine, easy to talk to, and they really treat you like family. No pressure, no upselling. They were honest with us and even told us when it didn’t make sense to spend money on a new A/C yet, which I respected a lot.

Eventually, we did end up replacing our entire HVAC system, and the price was very fair. The crew was professional, clean, and respectful of our home the whole time.

Great service, great quality, on time and very attentive to details that many other HVAC companies disregard.

True Fix did a complete replacement of all HVAC equipment, registers, ductwork (actually they removed the previous ducts that were just thrown in the attic from the previous HVAC company).

They completed the work within 1 day and hauled off all the old equipment.

All areas that were worked in were properly cleaned, including drop clothes from front door to attic.
