Came out super fast our AC was not working downstairs and it’s 95 plus degrees outside. We’re very thorough on their work made sure we knew what was wrong and what kind of maintenance to do to keep it up to date. Very friendly would definitely recommend !

Great service. My AC went down Saturday night. I called J&CR Sunday morning and Gilbert showed up within 45 minutes. My AC was running within the hour.

Well what started to be a nightmare, ended up being a blessing. Gilbert and his team provided me the best service and greatest possible deal you can find out there. My evaporator had a leak and it needed to be replaced but if I did that , and my condenser went out, I would’ve had to replace everything considering they don’t make the outside units compatible to the evaporator that was existing in my home! Gilbert has an amazing inventory even older equipment, even a new evaporator that would’ve worked replacing that only ! But after careful consideration of my A/C in the future we went ahead and replaced everything ,considering I might have to in the future! 10/10 recommend these guys they are out to make you the best deal and give you the absolute best service! I will be using these guys only in the future for any maintenance I need with my HVAC system! Thank you guys again yall are awesome !

After 30 hours without AC in 90-degree weather, J&CR Service saved the day! Our refrigerant coil had failed completely, but Gilbert and his team responded quickly and arrived early for our 10am appointment.
What impressed me most was their honesty and thoroughness. We’d been dealing with another company for months, calling them every 2-3 months for recurring issues.

Gilbert immediately found problems the previous company completely missed - including a substantial refrigerant leak they never disclosed! His explanations were clear and professional.
