The location in Webster is amazing location. And they have the best staff are friendly, especially Mike. We do appreciate doing business with them the best.

The people at the store OK they do what they’re supposed to do no complaints. The complaint is the fact that we have $100 warranty processing fee. Y’all are the only company in the world that does that y’all‘s equipment fails entirely too soon. Everything is on backorder and I have to pay you to process a warranty for your failed equipment. That’s ridiculous.

I highly recommend this store! Mr. Norman and his team are very professional and always willing to help. Their customer service is excellent, and they truly care about their clients. They also speak Spanish, which makes communication easy and comfortable.

We came home after work and the house was a little warmer than expected. We called AMS and let them know it was not a rush and could wait until the next day. It was not an extremely hot day. To our excitement the tech was there shortly after. Lucky for us it was a capacitor and did not take very long. The tech was super nice, even to our dog that greeted him with a tiny nibble on his ankle. Great company.

AMS Coldpro did a great job for us to fix our air conditioner. They were very helpful in assessing the problem without urging us to do more than what was needed. Great company.

AMS ColdPro is the absolute best. Although I had a fairly new unit that was less than a year old and installed by a different company, my tenants were having a huge problem with the efficiency and the energy that the unit was actually using. Huy was outstanding. He immediately started inspecting the entire house. He videotaped the unit in the attic and all of the subpar ductwork that had previously been done. He explained what needed to be done and why it needed to be done.
He redesigned the entire ductwork, increased the return air intake, and my tenants are extremely happy with the efficiency of the system now. The temperature is finally consistent throughout the home.
He and his crew were respectful of the home, cleaning up the dust and debris.
You can’t help but witness Huy’s passion to uncover and correct problems.
From now on, I will only use AMS ColdPro for my rentals as well as my personal residence.

May 2025 Update: My AC compressor wouldn’t start and Huy came out the next day to diagnose the issue. Yet again, Huy provided exceptional service and was able to get my AC compressor up and running as the Texas summer heat begun. Glad to use Huy for my AC repairs and services as he takes pride in his work.

AMS ColdPro saved the day for the family they were able to respond same day within a few short hours. While other companies were at a next day late afternoon at best. They showed up promptly and were right to business getting our ac unit back to running. With the hot Texas heat we were baking inside the home. They got our unit fully serviced and back online in no time also providing useful information and keeping us in the loop the whole time as repairs were made. 5/5 stars highly recommend great experience!

Huy the owner was referred to me by a friend. Actually several people were referred to me, but I ended up choosing Huy because of his professionalism and honest upfront pricing. My AC unit died over the weekend and he was able to do a tough job in a short period of time. Highly recommended professional.
