Fantastic service. I was able to get what I needed, they loaded up for me and got me on my way.

The people are not very helpful. Very few speak English and the one who did was not very knowledgeable. She did not know much about the fruit trees and it was a waste of time. I feel like I get better service at a Home Depot.

I went to Katy Garden Center looking for a small number of plants for my patio and not only did they have a great selection of beautiful plants, the employees also went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. I was treated with just as much care and consideration as the commercial landscapers that were coming through. I will absolutely be back.

This place is a hidden gem - the quality & freshness of their plants is amazing!

I would give them no stars if i could. I kept calling during their business hours and got hung up or put on hold when they would pick up the phone. I just called today 5/13/26. I kept calling because we needed to buy a pallet of grass and i called 5 times and every time was the same just getting hung up on or put on hold. Horrible service! 😡
