I work for a plumbing company and go to a lot of different plumbing supply stores in and around the Houston area. This specific Ferguson is NEVER cramped on the inside and ALWAYS fast! The people inside are always focused on just you whenever its your turn up to the counter

I went into this store today looking for 2 handles that cost $3 each. The guy said there is nowhere I can buy just that and tried to sell me a $120 part instead. When I called my husband to talk to him about it, the guy started saying he was not trying to scam me and all of a sudden remembered 2 places where I could buy what I needed .Very unprofessional and rude.

I come here often for parts, Tad and Leonard at the desk by the front door always provide excellent service and knowledge!
And Andy and Fonzi in the desk farther away are super knowledgeable as well as friendly! Great crew!

Great customer service, too but they don't have what I was looking for.
But there have a great selection of everything else.
Yesterday was my first visit to this place.
I will coming back for all my plumbing needs.
