I know Ferguson does most of their business with contractors, but if they are going to bother to open their doors to the public they could at least treat people equally. I walked in looking for an adapter for an older style fitting. Not one employee even bothered to offer assistance, or even say hello. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting, I went to Lowe's where I was promptly helped by a knowledgeable employee in their plumbing section.

It was a long wait due to bad weather in Texas. But once in the workers were extremely helpful and polite. It was worth the three hour wait. Thank you to all the workers who came out in this horrible weather to get our plumbing needs.

Was in and out in 5 minutes. They got all me the parts I needed right away. Great customer service and friendly workers. Will definitely be coming here back if I need anything for plumbing.

Excellent service. The minute I set a foot In the store I immediately got greeted by an associate named Jose. He was very helpful, courteous and ensured that I left with what I was looking for. I will definitely go back for other purchases.

I had been to Home Depot prior and the associate there was unknowledgeable and insulting. I went to Ferguson Plumbing Supply and it was the difference between night and day, they were so helpful and the associate (wished I had gotten his name) gave me everything I needed and then told me how to install it!

I had an awesome experience trying to find the right parts that weren’t available anywhere else for both of my bathroom sinks. I looked everywhere (Home Depot, Lowe’s, Ace Hardware and online). I was able to get just what I needed, despite only being available in a kit with other items, and they allowed me to borrow the tool to install them without charge and trusted me to return it. Great customer service!

Definetelly first stop for all my plumbing, Hvac, water treatment needs. Bought water filter, blower motor, etc. Provided supportive information so I can get right stuff for home.

Just got off the phone with some dummy yelling at me telling me he can’t hear me when he’s having another conversation with someone. I understand cell phones loose service but don’t talk to me like that I’m not your wife you better answer with some respect next time

Fantastic we went in for a very specific part and girl behind the counter went straight to the part to see if it was the right fitting and got it. They didn't have the conversion part so she quickly pulled it up on Amazon and boom got it. May not have bought anything but great customer service.

In and out < 5 minutes thanks to Chris's help in finding odd-size tub replacement drain.

This place is managed by very professional crew, Jaime, Christ, Jonas and Foncy are excellent people, always open to help customers and services providers.

I have had to place multiple orders over the last year and a half and I just have to say that I have always received exceptional customer service from Christopher Wagner!

Harris Plumbing is THE BEST! I had issues with my water pressure in multiple spots in my house since I built it. Mike came out, figured out the issues and all of my faucets and tub/shower taps are running better than ever before! He also noticed issues in the way that my hot water heater had been installed in the first place and made some repairs there. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! His prices are beyond fair considering all the work/time that he did. I will never ever use a different plumber than Mike again.
