Owner/manager shouts from his seat and through the glass window of his office that I can’t return an item because they now don’t stock the item that I purchased 2 weeks ago, although the item wasn’t final sale when I purchased it.

Needed to replace the toilet tank that had a crack and they had exactly the model I needed in stock and at a great price.

During Emergency Needing Supplies. Waited 1 1/2 Hours And 2 People From The Door. Didn't Allow Anyone After 4 P.M. Should Had Just Cut Off The Line At A Certain Point And Let The Others In. Also 1 Person At A Time. People As Far As Somerville Were Right Behind Us Waiting.

Didn't Kno what I needed I had what I wanted but in pictures, even called my workers and Alex did way more than I expected... He talked to the guy helping me and my project, looked things up didn't just sell me anything... And fixed my issues 👌🏾

Grant is an awesome rep for Morrison's! Very fair pricing, if they don't have something you need, they can get it in stock. I've ordered specialty Uponor PEX products to help with Repiping customer homes from here. He was able to get them very quickly so I could get to work.

Their in-house brand "Gem-Line" is the only water filtration and softener I trust to install for my customers. Morrison's is more stocked with higher quality parts rather than pushing the cheapest stuff most contractors care for.

One of the most organized, prompt, efficient and well trained staff of folks you can find in the pluming counter sales industry! The guy at the counter Alex aka "hot sauce" is there ace, and is the man to see for all your plumbing needs, always ready to help and offer his knowledgeable advice everytime! What your looking for may not be on there shelf but there is always someone there willing to help. That's freaking teamwork!!

They were very helpful. Went to buy a Moen faucet cartridge....paid $50....went to Lowe's immediately after for something else and decided to see if they carried the cartridge....the did...$20....I called Morrison to see if I could return the unopened, just bought 20 minutes earlier part....sure, for a 5% restocking fee.....ripoff....first they charge $30 more for same part, then charge me cuz they have to hang the part back on the hook. Learned my lesson...go to Lowe's first. My first and last visit to Morrison Supply.

They carried the parts I needed to fix my hot water heater that Lowe’s/Home Depot/Ace didn’t carry. Great service and they warned me up front that one of the parts I was purchasing was non-refundable. If you can’t find the parts you need at the big box stores or want some more helpful service then come here. The employees here seemed very knowledgeable about their products unlike most of the employees at the big box stores.

Called about a new AC capacitor since the big box stores didn't carry the size I needed. Folks, not only did they have it in stock, but YES they sell to the public. And when I pulled up to the store 10 minutes later, they had already pulled the part and had it waiting without me asking them to do that. Phenomenal service! Very reasonable price. Saved me an unnecessary service call fee and we had AC again minutes after getting home. Will definitely find a reason to use them again! To the gentlemen who were working there today - THANK YOU!

Highly recommend shopping at Reece Plumbing! Mr. Johnny help me out solve my emergency plumbing issue. By providing me the original materials! I was running around till I found this place in katy.
