The plumbing technician Cesar was very knowledgeable
& qualified to effect the repair requested. He completed the job in a timely manner and was great to work with. We are very pleased with the finished repair.

The guys were SO polite, respectful, and kind! They did a great job and got our house dry. The equipment however was not working for several days. I am glad I had taken pictures and documented for our final invoice. You have no idea what the cost will be until days after they are done, and the final invoice is lengthily and confusing. It is super expensive (almost $4k to dry out two small areas).
I would use them again just because of the service they provided but would want them to not be cautious cutting sheetrock. It would have saved us a lot of money if they would have just cut enough to dry it the first time out.

Sunday December 8, 2024, before 12 noon, Mr. M. Salinas, was sent to repair a water leak, location, restroom sink. He entered my home well prepared with plastic shoe baggies, neat appearance, friendly smile, professional and well spoken. His level of customer service was impeccable. He spoke to me by guiding me with details first by assessing what needed to be done, and secondly by giving an estimate for the services to be done. Mr. Salinas took his time and with dedication and focus, he successfully completed the work with perfection in a timely manner. He seemed to be very compassionate about his skill as a plumber. I did a spot check on everything that was done, and I must add I was extremely pleased with his advanced level of expertise. There were zero leaks, and he left everything exceptionally clean. I am thankful for the services Mr. Salinas provided. Mr. Salinas, continue being the best at what you do. You brought smiles to many faces in our family home. Happy Holidays to you and yours.

Kevin arrived promptly and he was very transparent about the cost. Roto Rooter isn't the cheapest but they always get the job done right the first time. Kevin was friendly and he fixed my drain quickly.

Kevin from Roto Rooter was absolutely fantastic. He fixed our toilet at night on the 4th of July. He was kind, thoughtful, honest, knowledgeable and answered each and everyone of my questions. We had a plumbing issue at 9pm on a Saturday (sewage backup) and the Roto technician was onsite within 30 minutes of booking the appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made quick work of fixing our situation.

Eric, Andrew, Jay and Jerome all helped with a plumbing issue in my home. From start to finish these guys knew exactly what needed to be done, and did it.
Andrew came out and fixed our issue promptly. 10/10 would hire again
Eric came and took moisture readings, and advised a plan of action. While i was stressed and overwhelmed, Eric took action.
He also answered every question i had promptly and professionally. He swiftly answered any question i asked him, and i had a lot of questions. He was always a call or text away and that was huge to me. He had Jay and Jerome there that night to start the drying process. Eric is 10/10 as well, and i would hire him again.
Jay and Jerome put in a massive amount of work and got us all dry. They were both very professional and very knowledgable. Any question or concern i had they answered in a timely and informative matter. Both of these guys are great at their job and i would hire them again. 10/10.

The entire experience with Roto-Rooter was great, and i hope i never have an issue again. But if i do i am definitely calling them.

Cesar did an excellent job fixing my water heater, he was punctual, efficient, and professional. He took time to explain the issues clearly and gave me helpful options. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work!
