I needed a shower valve changed. I watched videos and it seemed a simple job. I figured Roto rooter had the tools do it and do it in under and hour. We had the trim. The plumber did not have the tools or correct valve. He left 2 or 3 times to get tools and parts from different hardware stores. A maybe hour job took 5 hours and $430! They have done all the plumbing work on our house since 2010, but it may be time to find another plumber.

Mr. Greene did an excellent job fixing my toilet. He responded to the call with fast service. I am a very satisfied customer. Job Well Done!!

I called roto rooter at 730pm for a backed up bathroom sink. They gave me a time window of 737 - 939 pm. They arrived very late at 1145pm. The tech said the fee would be 499.00. I will forever remember that. He completed the job in 20 minutes. I just wish I got paid 500.00 every 20 minutes after arriving late to the office.

Our technician Justin, was courteous and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me up front and he quickly had the water flowing again.
He arrived on time, and only about 30 minutes after my initial call . The service was more expensive than i anticipated.. but the service and quickness of the whole thing was appreciated.

Overpriced! Quoted $585 to unclog a drain if it took 35 minutes or less. Even stated no guarantee. Wanted to charge me $1000 to jet wash the drain. I’m a general contractor and do not understand why you would jet wash when a drain is clogged. That would get water everywhere! Please remember that they charge a trip charge even if they do nothing!

Caesar and Mike were awesome! Helped us both so much by recognizing what's wrong and fixed it. Both were such great help especially when we are brand new homeowners. Thank you guys again for the amazing work!

Roto-Rooter came out on Christmas Day for a downstairs toilet backup. The first tech pushed the clog up into our upstairs pipes, which made things worse. We paid $500, then another tech came the next day and tried to charge an additional $270 still without fixing the issue. We were promised a camera inspection after each visit, which never happened.

We went three days without being able to use water in our home. When a camera tech finally came, he said it was a “tree branch” and left without offering any solution. Another company quickly found that the clog had simply been pushed up the pipes and fixed it.

I’ve called every day asking for a supervisor …no return calls.
Horrible service and even worse follow-up. Don’t waste your money. 0/10 recommendation

Wonderful service with draining our water heaters. Polite, clean, and informative regarding questions we had. Byron even noticed something was loose in our bathroom as well and he was able to fix it in the same visit. Highly recommend!

Byron was very quick to come look at our issue and to take care of it thoroughly, even on a holiday weekend. He took his time to investigate and explain it, and quickly returned at no cost when we had an additional question about it. He is professional and personable. We will definitely be calling Gallery in the future when we need help again.

I had a full repipe done of my house and my water heater replaced after the freeze. The work was done so fast and easy. There was minimal damage to Sheetrock for the repair and everything went very smooth and easy. I will always call Byron and his team for any issue I have at the house.

Very good with communication and scheduling, even with many delays due to the Winter 2021 freeze. They do not overcharge, and are very professional and friendly. We had burst pipes from freezing in 6 places that needed to be repaired, Byron and (Bryan I think) did a fantastic job and didn't waste any time, given their insane schedule with everyone else's pipes also freezing. They seem to be pretty honest people to me, I would go with them again and would recommend them to others.

Honest men like Byron and Brian are hard to come by in East TX nowadays. They work over time when the society needs them and never complain. They found and repaired multiple water pipe burst and leaks in our attic and charged us a reasonable amount of fee for this work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to all in their service area.

Above and beyond! I only gave them 5 stars because it wouldn’t let me give them more. During the recent freeze We had multiple leaks. Byron and his team were able to get our water back late on a Sunday night They were very professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again and refer them out. Their pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
