We have worked with Byron from Gallery plumbing before. He did a standup shower for my mom. He did a great job and his pricing was very reasonable. He recently changed our tankless water heater, again what can I say; job well done. I highly recommend him.
We recently had him change the water heater at my daughter’s house, and install a whole house water softener at my mom’s. As always, great job, very professional.

Did an amazing work with fair pricing, We had a leak in the yard and didnt know what to do and My Neighbor share Byron's Contact.

he came right away and provided an estimated based on the labor and if found to fix it.

unfortunately he had to dig to find it. he was able to fix it same day.

few months later we found another leak but this time we didnt know if it was My house or neighbor. it took him few hours to figure out but found out it was my neighbor.

again I recommend Byron to anyone who looking for honest and fair cost for any plumbing need.

I gave 5 stars because I called on Superbowl Sunday. He told me that he would have to charge me an after hours service fee today but if I could wait until tomorrow, the service visit would be free and he would come early. To my surprise, he called me back to advice me that my pilot may have went out. He told me that if I needed, he would stay on the phone to walk me through lighting the Pilot. I honest thought I checked the Pilot but I checked again and it was out. It was very nice of him to give me a call back to help me for free. And even though he didn't have to come out I really appreciate his desire to help. It's because of this generosity that helps further a good business and i will be calling him for any all future issues.

Byron and The Gallery Plumbing are amazing! We were referred by a friend for an emergency situation a couple years ago and Byron responded straight away and repaired our problem. We were so impressed, we've used them exclusively since.
In the following years, we've used Gallery for everything from emergency call-outs (always quick and responsive), to larger replacement projects. Gallery has changed our condenser lines, replaced our whole-house softener and filter system, and replaced our old water heater with a new tankless one. Not to mention lots of little repairs they've helped with.
Byron is honest and straightforward, super friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Pricing is competitive and he delivers quality work, always with a friendly demeanor.
