The service I recieved was spectacular. Cesar is a terrific technician who came out on a Saturday and worked till after sundown to finish the job...so why the only 4 stars you ask? The reason for only 4 stars is the appointment process. While the ladies in the office were friendly I didn't care for the text message only notification. I recieved a text at 11am saying a plumber was available, then 40 minutes later another saying they were behind schedule. At the end of my appointment window I called to see if they had any idea as to when someone might be available as I was waiting at home all day. I was told soon. I then got a text immediately saying "thanks for letting us know you are now available for your appointment." I'm assuming that since I missed the first text saying someone was available that I was then pushed back.

As I mentioned the technician was fantastic and the ladies were so nice I just wish that the notification system was a little different.

Cesar was very nice and re-lit water heater without a problem. He also looked up the warranty and gave very helpful information. Thank you for your service!

Michael Salinas was great! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Also helped me get a better understanding of my problem and the different solutions I could take. And shared their pipe shield solution which can help with my buildup. Thanks Michael!

What I thought was a clogged kitchen drain ended up being a jammed disposer. Justin came by very quickly, diagnosed my problem and unjammed it.

Steve showed up on time, was friendly, and took care of the problem efficiently. I fought with a clogged toilet all morning but had the problem solved within 2 hours of calling Roto-Rooter on a Saturday. I would definitely use them again when in a pinch.

My technician Michael was very nice and courteous, he completed my repair in no time. I will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter for all my future plumbing needs. Their customer service was also very great upon calling in a request as well.

NEVER USE! Called Roto Rooter on 04-01-24 and told them I have a main sewer line clogged at my home. They said someone would be out today with a free quote. I thought, great!

A gentleman (Joe) showed up and I told him the issue. He told me that he was there to “video” the inside of the pipe and not flush the line. I told him that is not what I requested but needed the line to be cleared. Just at that time, another guy (Jose) showed up. This guy was immediately unfriendly and had a really bad attitude. I repeated the issue to Jose and without even looking at anything, he said, “I can clear it for $485 using a snake but if I use a high pressure hose, which is better, that will cost $600”. WOW! I could not believe what they charge for this simple service! Then the 2 men spoke and said, “If you pay for the high pressure cleaning for $600 we will also go back with the camera so you can see the inside of the line and we will give you the video”. I was hesitant about spending $600 to clear a line, but they both assured me it was the best way as it would remove everything in the line. I decided to go ahead and do it. Bad-attitude Jose went to his truck, pulled out the hose and placed it down only 1 of 3 clear-outs on the main line. It took him LITERALLY 3 minutes to shove the hose up the pipe, turn on the high pressure and then he pulled the hose out. I did see in the last clean-out that a lot of debris was coming down the pipe. He pulled out the hose and began bringing it back up to his truck. I said, “Wait a minute. You need to place it in the other clean-outs as there is a lot of debris I can see in the last clean-out”. He raised his voice and said “It is all done!”. I said, “I am not going to pay you $600 for 3 minutes of work and you are not clearing out the entire line!”. (the entire line is less than 50 feet) The other guy, Joe, agreed with me and could not believe Jose’s attitude towards me. Reluctantly Jose with the bad-attitude pushed the hose down the pipe again but did not go the other way down or put it down the last clean-out, which is where I showed him the clog was originally. He said it was now done. This all took less than 15 minutes and he REFUSED to go to the end of the line which was only another 10 feet! So all in all, this was not cleaned or flushed all the way down the line.

He went to his truck, wrote up the bill and handed it to me. He put $650 as the price! I told him, “you told me $600 3 times”. I looked at Joe and he told Jose, “yes you did say $600”. Jose then said, “I will give you a discount to $600”. I said, “what are you talking about? You said $600” originally! There is no discount!” After Jose left, Joe used the camera, and we could indeed see debris at the end of the line! The camera took literally 5 minutes. It showed a small crack in the line, which had nothing to do with the clog, but he quoted me $5200 to fix it! This would be to simply dig 2 feet down and repair a small PVC crack! It is criminal what they charge! I told him, no thank you. ( Later, I had the crack fixed by a plumber for $1200)

He then said he would send the video via email. He also told me he would talk to his manager about Jose and his bad attitude and would have the manager give me a call.

I NEVER received the video (they said the video was damaged) and the manager NEVER called. I called Joe again and he said he would come back out and video again. He came back out the next day and I told him the line was still clogged. He did the video again and said his “manager” would email it to me. Once again the video was NEVER emailed and the manager NEVER called” and I still had the clog!

I called Joe back and told him the situation. Again, he said he would talk to his “mysterious manager”.

Jeff called back a few minutes later and said that a plumber named Josh would come out on Sunday. Finally he came out a cleared the line. The other plumber that fixed the crack said this could have all be done with a simple snake and should have been less than $200!

Was able to setup an appointment super easy and had a guy come out just two days later. Was able to get my pipes cleaned and sinks back in working order in no time!

First of all I'm a return Customer. Secondly Cesar was on time and gave great service with a smile. He even had suggestions for me that helped my pockets tremendously. Roto Rooter is is awesome. Their team of professional plumbers set the standard for competition! Call them they will take care of you! Stop procrastinating because you on a budget, something small can turn into something big they have payment options for you. You will be amazed...I was blown away. I got so much that I didn't expect...I had to fall on my knees and thank the Father in heaven. Cesar was my Angel for the day he did a great job and I appreciate the fact that he cleaned up behind himself and made sure I understood what needed to be done before he started working. Thank you Roto Rooter from the bottom of my heart you guys made my day. I can stop stressing now. Problem solved.

Rafael did an awesome job. Quick, efficient, and very informative.

Cesar and the team responded to my request to check a ceiling leak in the living room. They found the source was the shower drain above, so they went to find a replacement part and repaired the leak. They were friendly and honest of their work. Even my dogs approved of their visit.

Great service. We used Roto Rooter for our business as our drain lines were backing up and draining real slow. They were able to come out the next morning. Ruben was our technician and Joshua was the field supervisor. They were both very polite and professional and unclogged our lines very quickly. Will use them again.
