They were great! Came first thing when I called for a big clog that backed up into my shower. Explained the process and options of what it could be and gave me costs upfront. I was worried about calling someone out and being taken advantage of since the situation was a little urgent. I was relieved with the work and cost! Highly recommend!

Great company I highly recommend them to everyone. Scheduled an appointment between 2:00 and 5:00 and at 2:30 Saul was at my door, very professional very honest and very clean work. He even loved on my two Yorkies who were very curious about what he was doing. I'll never use another plumbing company.

I contacted Life Line Plumbing out to take care of my backed up kitchen sink drain. I was contacted immediately after entering my online request and was given an estimate over the phone. Jake showed up the following morning and had my drain cleared within a few minutes. Easy to do business with, very professional and took care of business right away. Highly recommended. I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Joey from Life Line came out to make the repairs. He was friendly, professional, and informative. He was able to get the leak fixed, solve a pressure issue, and informed us of updates we may want to look to do in the future to better our homes plumbing.

Had to have our water heater replaced. Tyler is the technician we ask for. They sent him out to do an inspection which he did. We had an electric but because we had gas installed after the big freeze he recommended replacing with a gas heater. Later that day they sent a quote for gas and electric. We sent a reply back to go with the gas. This was on New Year’s Eve so did not expect a reply until after New Year’s Day. They contacted us first think Thursday AM and set up the install for Friday Am. Tyler and his assistant showed up on time and promptly went to work. They also had to have a roofer come out to install a chimney vent tube 24” above the highest roof line. They removed the old electric water heater and the water connections that were incorrect from that heater. They also had to rebuild the emergency drain line as it was also not built out of the correct type material. This is a very professional installation done by true craftsmen who have a passion for the quality of the work they do.
I highly recommend 24/7 plumbing of Katy for any plumbing work you need done.

Michael Miller is very professional, communicative, and efficient. We are so thankful for him to come in the middle of the night to fix our water main pipe. He was so patient with us answering all our questions and explaining everything clearly. The price is reasonable and the work was done excellently. The whole process was smooth.

Amazing..Tyler and Zack went right to the root of the issue within 2 minutes of listening to the problem. Got my kitchen sink drain line cleaned and got it to work in 30 minutes. I had several other plumbers come take a look and make up all kinds of nonsense stories… Tyler knew exactly what to do and did it. Talk about being no-fluff, super efficient and knowing your stuff. Highly recommend these guys.

Service outstanding. Price of snaking my toilet seat to restore flushing was $390 after hours around 8:30pm. Pricey.

Brandon did a thorough job repairing a sink leak that flooded our house. He was available on short notice. He was very friendly and I will definitely use him if needed in the future.

It’s not all day and they always show up on time. I’m leaving this review because I’m very happy in 2025 to have a company that stands by what they say.I would recommend this company to anyone and the technician Brandon very smart very respectable and very caring. The repairs that I received from this company was a showerhead faucet that need to be repaired that only pull out hot water toilet stool that need to be receded. Had a little leakage master bedroom, new toilet repair and the prices that I receive from 2407 plumbing was better than any other companies

Our water heater broke and needed to be replaced. The office person ( I wish I could remember her name) was very helpful. The technician Tyler C was great and explained what the issue was and what my options were. We opted for a replacement and he handled everything from there. We got our replacement water heater that afternoon. Service was exceptional and they made the process easy
