I can't say enough good things about Life Line Plumbing! I had a clogged drain late at night, and I was worried no one would be available to help. But they came to the rescue so quickly! From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and reassuring. The plumber arrived promptly, even though it was after hours, and was incredibly professional and efficient. They had the drain unclogged in no time, and everything was back to normal. I was impressed by their expertise, speed, and reasonable pricing, especially for an emergency call. I had an 11 - 2 appt for an estimate on a water heater install. I had the same appt for 2 other plumbing companies. The other 2 had someone there within the time frame, but the Life Line guy did not show until 5. By that time I had already committed to one of the others to do the install. Luke was very nice, professional and gave me a quote even though I told him I had already agreed to let another company do the work. Had he been there between 11 and 2, he probably would have been my choice. So sorry he came around too late.

Life Line Plumbing has come to my rescue twice now. Once after the big freeze, when they repiped my whole house with pex, and added a hose spigot so I could water my vegetable garden. Just last week they installed a new water heater. Their service was quick, professional, and fairly priced. I keep their magnet on my fridge and intend to keep using them for plumbing services in the future.

John was recommended by our a/c company. Let’s just say it’s our a/c company because the owner grew up with my daughter and he’s honest and does a great job. I already had a plumber; however, With that kind of recommendation, how could I not call. John answered all my questions and scheduled to come out. He took the time to show me what he was talking about and make recommendations. We scheduled to work and it had to be rescheduled because of the freeze. He showed up when he was supposed to, did everything he was supposed to, cleaned up after, and basically was an All-Star. All this and highly competitive pricing! Obviously, I highly recommend them.

Called Life Line Plumbing and was told someone could be at my home within the hour. Made it home in about 25 minutes and he was already there. Luke was superb. He immediately identified the issue and got started on the repair. He was easy to work with and explained everything as he went along. Highly recommend him and trust his work.

Been a couple of months and today I called John and his helper to replace an outdoor hose bib(faucet) and install a new kitchen faucet. The crew was able to come hours earlier than originally scheduled. They installed both faucets efficiently, quickly, and cleanly. They left everything better than they found it and for a fair price. Excellent work gentlemen.
