I had Jeff from Polsgrove at my home today. Although was not on their schedule, I was able to get someone out at my home and ensure that things were working as they should. They recommended a change of corroded pipes for my water heater and even shared contact information for other issues that I had at the home. Polsgrove always treats every customer like family. Their care and attention to detail is exceptional, they are honest, fair, reliable and highly skilled. There isn’t anyone else I will trust with my plumbing besides Polsgrove!

Called this morning, technician was here in about an hour. Very knowledgeable and professional technician, explained what was needed and made the repairs.

Jeff is the plumber that came to my house. He was very polite and knowledgeable and did a great job. The office on the other hand got things a little mixed up a couple of times during this job. I would definitely recommend them just stay on top of the office .

I contacted Polsgrove Plumbing about a toilet that kept running and a garden tub faucet that was dripping. I received a quick response that they could come out later that morning. 5 Stars – I manage homes and recently had an issue with tenants concerned about sand in their water. Both the mud district and the builder confirmed there was no issue with the lines — it was actually scale buildup in the water heater, Jesse pointed out home is less than 2 years old. Polsgrove took the time to explain everything clearly to the tenants, and I was present to hear the full explanation as well.

I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable company that can explain issues thoroughly and help tenants or homeowners better understand how their systems work. Highly recommend them if you need a reliable plumber that comes on time.
