had an issue with our shower faucet early saturday morning in katy, and had to turn off the water. called for a plumber, and after a short wait, heard back from william. he let me know he’d come by after his next stop. when william arrived, he had a great attitude and quickly checked out the problem. he explained everything clearly and got the faucet working again fast. very professional and left everything neat and clean. i really appreciated the reliable service and would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Had some work done off the gas meter for a generator. All I have to say is great service and job well done at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use them again when needed and would highly recommend.

Another wonderful service by Polsgrove. Russ and the team are respectful, honest, and communicative. Their rates were comparable to other independent companies and well less than the national plumbing brands for a re-pipe of a whole home. They placed floor protectors down, and have work mats for their tools and supplies. Nathan, Jesse, and Josh were wonderful technicians.

They came to help with an emergency- they showed up on time. Both were very friendly and courteous. They got to work assessed what needed to be done - picked up the necessary parts made the repairs, cleaned up.
