The plumber Dominic was the man. He’s come by twice now and spot on every time. The Customer Service staff of Alex and Shauna have also been great and I think they give fair prices. Highly recommend.

Dorinda and her team are excellent. They’re experienced, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to provide A+ customer service. Their reviews speak for themselves. I highly recommend them!

Dominic came to flush our tankless water heater and to replace the cartridge on our power-assist toilet. He was so friendly and professional. He was like a ray of sunshine!

Cody and Justin did a phenomenal job with installing my whole house filtration system. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail they showed, and Cody made sure to keep me updated every step of the way.

They also tested my water to configure the softener properly, and Cody was planning to come by next week to verify the parameters were dialed in.

They made the process quick and easy! Great communication throughout. We had a complicated propane system issue, but they handled everything efficiently. Jose traced all the lines when another company said it couldn’t be done, and Shauna was very helpful and clear. Fair pricing and fast service — we’ll definitely use them again!

From the start, they listened carefully to my concerns, explained exactly what the problem was, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They presented multiple repair options, including very budget friendly solutions, and there was never any pressure or upselling.

What really stood out most to me was their honesty and expertise. Another plumber had suggested removing tile “just to see,” which would have meant major demolition and thousands of dollars in unnecessary work. This company knew what the issue was, fixed it correctly, and did so without any destructive or guess based repairs, saving us thousands compared to other assessments.

They were also mindful and considerate of children with noise sensitivities, which meant more to us than I can express.

If you are looking for a company that is knowledgeable, ethical, respectful, and genuinely cares about doing the right thing, I highly recommend them.

Did a Pex-A repipe of the house and Mr. Potty delivered above and beyond results.
Mario and Robert replaced the service entrance, connected water heater and replaced multiple valves to various fixtures. Polite, professional and provided clear communication throughout the process.
Dealing with the office is also pleasant experience with notifications sent that show appt times, tech route etc.

The company was quick to respond and schedule. Very easy to work with on what we did and didn't want/need to be repaired. And their plumbers were in and out efficiently, respectfully, and with a clean and complete job done. Happy to call on them again.

We had a leak in our children’s bathroom which stained the ceiling downstairs in our small hallway. At some point we also lost electricity at that area and two rooms next to it as well.
Mr. Potty Plumbers (we used their services a few years back, before they changed their name from Obsta Plumbing) sent out Cody, a very polite, young man who took care of things for us. When he cut out a piece of the sheet rock it revealed that other than the small leak, we had chewed electrical cables not far from the leak. So the electric issue was actually due to a rat chewing on the cable there not the leak from our bathroom. We killed two birds with one stone finding that out.
We also had a bad pipe under our sink for ac unit drainage. He got rid of the old one and replaced it with a new one. It looks much neater under our sink now. He also run a snake through our pipes to help speed up the flow in our pipes (FREE of charge $275)
Cody was very professional, explained everything really well and did an amazing job. We definitely will ask for him if we are in need of plumbing services.
Dustin at the office was the one dealing with quotes and prices. Communication was very easy and timely and the prices were normal market prices. They offered the discount to sweeten the deal.

We recently had a tankless water heater system install with the company we trust and have used for many years - Mr. Potty Plumbing! Robert and Dominic did the installation and worked hard all day. If you need a plumber i recommend Mr Potty (aka Obsta Plumbing). We installed a tankless water heater and a water softener and they do a great job in insulation. The measure of a good company is how they solve a service problem. Mr Potty went over and above to resolve a poor service experience we had in the past. We now have a new toilet installed perfectly and quickly, no tree roots in the line, the work area left clean and all at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend Mr Potty.

We always appreciate the professionalism and knowledge and experience which Bobby brings to the job each time he is at our home. He explained everything very well, and suggested an option for us to pursue in the coming year as a maintenance service. He was able to also share his advice about another cleaning products and how to reduce any buildup on the pipes.

Cody came out to do a flush on the tankless water heater installed by Mr. Potty in 2021. Best investment we ever made! Cody was professional and very courteous! He kept us in the loop on all he was doing and, because we participate in Mr. Potty's maintenance plan, there was no charge for today's work.

I highly recommend Glen and Paul for any plumbing needs. After leaving a voicemail, I received a quick response, and they were out shortly after to replace my water heater in the attic. They were extremely respectful of my home, laying down drop cloths on both the floors and the staircase to ensure everything stayed clean.
Glen and Paul did a fantastic job with the installation and left the area exactly as they found it. Paul is the owner, and it’s great to see an owner doing the actual work alongside his staff; it’s clear he really cares.
