I just had Dorian come out and give me a quote on replacing our shower valve. He was super knowledgeable and gave me a number of different options. He was very polite and could not of asked for a better plumbing tech to come out and give me a quote. I Would highly recommend using MET Plumbing for any of your residential or commercial plumbing needs.

Excellent plumber ! Quick and reliable. Honest and fair pricing. New valves that needed to replace the 50 yr old ones that looked all of 50 yrs old!!

Dorian, from MET Plumbing, was prompt, courteous, and professional, as well as personable. He swapped out my broken garbage disposal for a new one, efficiently and with no mess—patiently explaining how to register the product as well as reset, and unfreeze the motor if required. He installed two handheld shower heads—again, quickly and expertly. I will definitely use him again.

Dorian did a fantastic job installing a new kitchen sink. He also replaced the plumbing underneath the sink. I have used MET before and highly recommended this company. I am a 72 year old homeowner and you cannot go wrong with this group of plumbers.

I recently had Met Plumbing out to replace an exterior faucet and flush the tankless hot water heater.
Dorian Finn arrived and we went over my needs and discussed future needs. He’s a very knowledgeable tech and I hope I have him in the future.
My only regret was not pricing the cost of flushing the tankless with other companies ahead of time. I did make calls after the fact and the highest quote was $275 and Met charged $400. Met did give a $40 discount given the work being done.
This was my fault, not theirs. I will always call them for my plumbing needs and get quotes in advance.

As a property manager for a number of short term rental properties I needed an estimate for a whole house re-piping job. The estimator, Nick, was exceptional. He was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He was also very transparent about the scope and nature of the work requested, suggesting certain repairs proactively as opposed to addressing flooded house after the fact. Pricing seems fair and the timeline for addressing the project is very reasonable.

Professional and paid close attention to details. We had two gas leaks and he took the time to properly evaluate the balance of gas connections. Very conscious of safety as a priority. Also by habit and approach protected the house and areas he was in from dirt or damage. Cannot recommend MET and Andre Gomez strongly enough. They and he will be my go to if needed. Thank you so much for the fast response.

Andy Fauver of MET Plumbing was amazing. He is definitely a skilled, knowledgeable professional. Trying to resolve my issue has taken weeks with three visits from an irrigation supplier and two with the water supplier and another plumber. Well, Andy knew how to detect the leakage; he resolved my water line issue near the edge of my lawn in less than an hour. Plus, he was more than happy to discuss his findings by phone & video to my water supplier. I prayed that the cost for repair would not be my expense, and Andy assured me it would definitely reside with the water supplier. I would definitely refer Andy to all of my friends and anyone having a Plumbing or a piping issue.

First time calling this company, not only was the receptionist lady understanding to my concerns but Dorian was extremely friendly and helpful. He even gave attention to my two dogs that were bugging him while he and I were discussing the issues with the water leaks. Thank you so much for a wonderful start to my busy day.

The service technician, Travis Loehmann, has done excellent work at my house. He truly listens, explains whatever the plumbing issue might be in a relatable / easy to comprehend manner, and then executes the job at hand to the highest standards. He’s top notch at his craft.

My experience with Dorian on on the 23rd of Dec., 2025, was much better, than the previous two visits which I had experienced on 12/11/25, yearly check up, and then a f/u visit for new issues with (same repaired), toilet.
Dorian came in and he was very reassuring that I would have a good experience with this third visit in two weeks from Matt plumbing. He quickly went over the information with me on what the possible cause of my ongoing problem since the original repair and replacement of all the enter toilet tank components on December 12, And quickly got to work and simply replacing the “float”, Equipment, with a higher grade of the same manufacturer. This did the job beautifully was a wonderful experience through Dorian with met plumbing and finally solved The problem which had not risen until I got all elements within the toilet tank repaired on December 12, 2025.
I cannot thank Dorian enough for making the problem go away, With easy understood, explanation, and the proper part on the third trip for this ongoing issue.

I have used MET plumbing for 18 years and they have always been great. Never an issue and always professional. Travis has been our plumber for last couple of years and is exceptional. He is VERY professional and knowledgeable, and we know the job is done correctly. He goes out of his way to answer questions and explain the job. They have done numerous jobs for us including a new hot water heater.

Jonathan was awesome!! Very nice, understanding, knowledgeable n extremely patient with my questions which he answered immediately! He explained everything and repeated when I asked him to. Justin did an excellent job replacing the faucet on my bathtub. He arrived early for the appointment and he was prepared to do the work. He completed the job with no issues. We are extremely happy that our repair is complete. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about his work. We will definitely call him again when we need plumbing assistance.

Paul Obsta came out quickly to diagnose my issues and fixed the urgent issue on spot and scheduled the non urgent issues for the next day. There was a severe water usage leak at a property owned by the church. The usage was so high that the city noticed the usage and called the church. The representative of the church called me, so I called Mr. Potty, since I have used their services before. it was late afternoon when I called. That same evening Mr. Potty evaluated the situation, stopped the water leak, recommended a new toilet and had it installed the next morning.
All personnel I have dealt with at Mr. Potty are courteous and professional.

Had a shower valve replaced and a new toilet put in. Mr Potty was able to get out the day I called and needed them. Was told what needed to be done, cost and how long it should take. Jose did very good work.

We had 2 toilets replaced. Dominic from Mr. Potty did an excellent job. He was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
