. Thank you Obsta aka Mr Potty. The initial call was returned within minutes and there was a technician here within an hour. I was petrified. But things were fixed within I’d say 2.5 hours at tops. So thankful for training and expertise! Crazy I had just signed up for the customer care program! Hector, was so polite and explained the issues and followed all protocol with his company. Very impressed!! This company was recommended to me and I will happily pass that on!

Obsta was very quick responding to my service request. They are fairly priced and thoroughly explain what the service entails before they start. The technician, Cody, was very courteous and took the time to explain things about water heaters that I didn't know and the function of the T&P valve that needed replacing.

We are very happy with the services of Obsta Plumbing (now Mr. Potty Plumbing). Paul did a camera check on our sewer lines and replaced our garbage disposal. He was very thorough and took the time to explain and show us the camera pictures. We have previously used them to replace toilets, install a tankless water heater and install a water softener. We highly recommend them, and we will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.

Called Obsta (now Mr. Potty) to install a natural gas quick connect for a portable generator. Justin came out to do an inspection and told me what I needed to get (quick disconnect, hose etc...) and then came back in to do the install, test and seal everything. he was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

I recently had my water heater replaced, along with several other plumbing tasks, by Obsta Plumbing (also known as Mr. Potty).

Dustin, the service manager, was incredibly helpful over the phone. He provided various options to meet my needs and even worked with me on pricing to stay within my budget.

The assigned plumber, Cody Mims, along with his apprentice, Robert, did an excellent job. They installed the water heater, fixed a sink leak, tightened the faucet on the Roman tub, and replaced the fill valve in the master bathroom toilet.

Despite a few hiccups due to incorrect parts supplied by the store, Cody efficiently completed the tasks that didn't depend on those parts. He then went to change out the parts and finished the job late into the evening.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Obsta Plumbing. From the initial call to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally. Great job! I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Cody Mims is the best plumber that has ever serviced my home. He is honest, conscientious, and of high integrity. We had received a quote from another plumbing company which gave a false report of the necessary repairs. Upon Cody's inspection and honest disclosure it was determined that our pipes were not broken as had been reported. We are so grateful for Cody's honesty and excellent customer service.

Great family run business with a highly professional team. They gave me the usual 'Make do', 'Better' and 'Best' options but absolutely no pressure on which to chose. When they were finished, apart from the new work, you would never have known they were there. My second time using Obsta and I heartily recommend them for ANY plumbing job, large or small. Great experience with Obsta. They were able to see me earlier than scheduled and gave me several options for fixes to my busted pipe from the freeze. They were done with the fix very quickly and efficiently. The technician, Oscar, was very helpful and easy to talk to about the issue. He stayed around to make sure there were no other leaks after we turned water back on as well. Highly recommend them.

I reached out to 4 other plumbing company's to install a 50 gal gas hot water heater in my attic. Obsta was the best in giving the best information about the installation up front and everything was included at the best price out of all of them. Great customer service and same day install. Happy with my service and repairs. Had to schedule a couple days out in advance, this wasn’t a problem though because my issue was not an emergency problem that had to have immediate attention. They came and assessed my problem, presented three options for repair and I picked the best option that came with a five year warranty. I had to have my main line replaced and was going out of town the next day, very thankful they were able to complete the work same day so it didn’t affect our travel plans. Will use them again and do recommend!

Justin and his new associate were great. Very professional and did a terrific job replacing my broken sprinkler system piping. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.
