I have used Obsta plumbing for 11 years to do the plumbing for my company and my personal needs. I have never dealt with a more professional, amazing group of people! I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have integrity, honesty and you could not ask for a better customer experience than you will get with these people. The amount of people they have helped from this horrible freeze is absolutely phenomenal. Please use them anytime you can!

Obsta has been so quick to respond to any plumbing issues we've had. Santiago has come out several times, and he's so professional, friendly and efficient. We've been very happy with the service.

Have used Obsta Plumbing a multitude of times. They always show up when they're supposed to. Extremely professional
and friendly. They saved me money by spending extra time to do the job right and carefully cutting the valve nut off and saving the threads! Could have been over a 1000 if that wasn't done so carefully.

They installed a tankless for us early August. We were nervous as the estimate we received was just based on our zip/neighborhood. They were great about answering all our questions prior to choosing them, scheduled us promptly once we decided, and stuck to their quote upon completion. We also appreciated that Paul came out to get the job started properly and to wrap up installation. Fantastic service for a great price.

Technician was very professional. He assessed the hot water heater and made his recommendation which I chose a new hot water heater, delivered the new one installed and was finished within 2 hours. The company called me before the tech arrived and explained everything to me so I would know exactly what to expect. They replaced my 21 year old hot water heater and then was on their way. I highly recommend this company. Obsta Plumbing from Katy Tx do all kinds of plumbing work.

We bought our water softener with Obsta Plumbing and they did an amazing job. My husband was very concerned about the installation, but Daniel listened to us and went above and beyond and make sure we were happy with everything. We appreciate your dedication and your excelent customer service. We highly recommend them!

It's customer care check up time. I asked Mr. Potty aka Obsta Plumbing to come out and install 3 new faucets in my bathrooms. Cody was the lead plumber with Robert as his helper. They worked efficiently and quickly while keeping me informed of any issues they found. They updated all of my plumbing under the sink as it was over 20 yrs old. Everything looks great. Very professional young men.

I signed up for the Customer Care Club with Obsta Plumbing and had my first visit. The team did a thorough exam of my plumbing throughout my house. They found a couple of minor leaks and some shutoff valves that weren't working properly. Working as a team the got all issues resolved in no time. They were very courteous and professional. Thank you!

I had my water softener replaced after 20 years of service. Obsta Plumbing installed the old one and now a new one. Great service. On time and got the job done in a jiffy. Thank you.

Obsta Plumbing was very easy to deal with as my needs were a little out of the norm. They went above and beyond to help. The workers were excellent, ensuring all was well before they left.

Cody Mims recently came to our home for one of the Customer Care services and was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything he did as he did the work. We have used them for years now and will definitely continue to do so!

Will never call another plumber again. After having a kitchen sink backup that couldn't be cleared with a 25' drain, I called a "reputable" name (per Google) to have it unclogged on a Sunday. They worked on it for a few minutes, dirtied up the driveway, and quoted me thousands of dollars to reroute the pipes because it "couldn't be unclogged."

I then asked around and Obsta Plumbing was highly recommended by some friends of ours. Paul came out the same day, walked me through exactly what he was going to do, and finished what the others couldn't. He and his team were very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process, and got the job done quickly, professionally, and quite frankly with ease. There will always be plumbing problems, but there will not be another plumber I call.

The technicians were extremely pleasant, polite and professional. They went straight to work and explained everything prior to starting and when they were finished. I've used Obsta several times and have always been highly satisfied.

Can't say enough. Until we have water leakage in the house, water damage, and constraints on our daily water needs, we take it for granted. My husband and I were traveling out of the country with no idea that squirrels would chew our pipe through the attic and water dripping up to the ground floor. We were in another part of the world with a 13-hour difference when I called Obsta Plumbing for help.

At Obsta Plumbing, the receptionist was very attentive, a good listener, excellent communications skill, and ready to take detailed notes. Within 15 minutes, he arranged for Paul (owner himself) and one more person to visit my home and talk with us over the phone through my mother-in-law’s what’s up, avoiding long-distance calls.

During the visit, Paul assessed it, knowing the emergency of having an old person in the house, he immediately provided us the quote, went for material, repaired it, and even visited a second time again to ensure everything was good – and there was no water leakage. He provided a lot of comfort to my mother-in-law through language trouble. Fixed the issue in time and helped out even with the squirrel problem and plumbing fix. Paul and Dorinda are like angels to us. Very respectful, polite, knowledgeable, reasonable, and expert with a lot of empathy.

After nearly a month, I am still out of words to express my thanks and gratitude to both Paul and Dorinda. I can’t think of anyone in my life like them, where people have gone above and beyond to help as part of the services. We appreciate Obsta Plumbing for having such a beautiful heart and care service.

Justin came and listened to our wants and needs for faucet replacement and shower valve repair. As he assessed the state of our 25 year old equipment, he provided options that were practical and at a reasonable price. Even when he installed a defective valve component, he replaced it without extra charge. Also, when he replaced an existing handle and tightened it and it broke, he went and found a working replacement and installed it without charge. And in working in difficult conditions (up behind a pedestal sink) he did good quality work, sweating fittings, and did not damage the dry wall. The work was good quality, was done in a timely manner, politely, and they always communicated about when he was on route to our home. The fixtures look great, and look well installed and function as intended. I would recommend Justin and Obsta Plumbing to my friends. In fact, they were recommended to me by a couple of neighbors/friends.

Obsta is very professional and even though the builder gave us a big surprise as to how they did some things that caused some more work, Paul stuck to the original estimate. He even said he would send one of his guys to power wash all the 811 paint off the sidewalk. Greatly appreciated!

I have used Obsta plumbing on several occasions. The rebuild of our master bath, a plumbing emergency and to upgrade a kitchen appliance. The team was always professional and courteous but the biggest plus to me was that as they ran into problems they just worked through them. Ther was no problem the couldn't overcome and I never heard "that cand be done." Wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Arrived on time and provided quality feedback on the issues affecting the tankless hot water heater. The repair was completed quickly since Obsta Plumbing had the necessary parts in inventory and knowledgeable technicians Recommendations were made as to service and upkeep of the unit which led to a well needed flush of the system. Obsta is great from initial contact through completion of the job. They go above and beyond, communicate clearly, ask all the right questions, and show care for their customers. We were given options and explanations and appreciate the extra time given and fair pricing for a job perfectly done.

We've been out of Houston for the past three years and just moved back, with some plumbing issues and needs in our new house, so I called Obsta. What I thought was a backed up shower drain turned out to be a backed up kitchen sink way down the line with years of grease and food particles. Probably from the previous owner. Santiago and team took the time to troubleshoot, inspect multiple culprits and even brought out the heavy artillery. They inspected with a camera and basically bored out all the filth and grub out from years of abuse. 50 feet of camera inspection (cool tool by the way) and my pipes are brand new and clean. Obsta came highly recommended from numerous people in my neighborhood and now I know why. What I didn't mention was the repeated calls to a locally known plumber for the same lingering issue every 9 -12 months. Not to mention the boat loads of money I've wasted. Obsta guarantees their work to boot! I'm already interested with future projects and upgrades Obsta does and will be getting a call from me to look at further. Great job Obsta! You have another reference. Not only did they add a new customer, most likely signing up for their yearly maintenance plan.
