They were very professional and honest about how long it would take to get my drains cleared. They arrived on time, did a great job and made sure everything was clean when they left. I had a leak in my garage that was getting bad quickly. My husband saw so many good reviews about this business, so we gave GEI Plumbing Services of Katy a call. They told me I could have my problem fixed in a day. The next day I was met with the Lead Technician "Guy". Guy found the cause of the leak to be a hose underneath our bathtub. He assured me that it was a quick easy fix and gave me an estimate of $175 to fix the leak and also the option for preventative mold treatment which was $575. We agreed since we were assured over and over that it would be quick fixed. Well.... they lied.

We were receiving the mold treatment when we were informed the same day that the hose we needed is not sold in stores. They also said that the only way to get it is if we buy the faucet in its entirety which could cost anywhere between an extra $200 to $400. I felt so deceived because they KNEW this information from the very beginning but proceeded to deceive me by saying the hose as easily attainable and replaceable so we could hire them. They also took their time picking up the machine even though it was supposed to be for 2 days they didn't pick it up until 6 days later. Since they couldn't fix my issue I only paid for the mold treatment, but I honestly should've gone somewhere else. I don't like false promises just to be charged more money. Had they been more upfront that the hose was difficult to obtain from the beginning we wouldn't be as upset because at least we would've been prepared. I also hated how I would be informed of a specific time they were going to arrive and it wasn't accurate at all. Please, go somewhere else.

The technician, Idan, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the leaky sink and had it fixed in no time. The dishwasher installation also went smoothly - Idan ensured it was properly connected and tested it to make sure it was working perfectly.

Excellent experience with GEI Plumbing! Had a major clogged drain emergency and they sent a pro, Armando, within an hour. He quickly unclogged the sink, inspected my whole system, and provided great maintenance tips. Highly skilled, responsive, and affordable. Definitely using them again!

GEI technicians helped us out when our garbage disposal stopped working. GEI technicians repaired our garage disposal and in addition they recommended replacing our faucet on the kitchen sink. GEI technicians were very efficient and tidy in their work, I highly recommend them if you ever need assistance. My wife will be pleased when she sees the new faucet.
