Mr. Potty (formerly Obsta Plumbing) just changed out a garbage disposal and they did a fantastic job. Both Dajohn and Robert were courteous, communicative and professional, and made sure that we were happy with their work. The price for the job was upfront and fair. I spoke to Dustin on the phone and praise him the same for his professionalism. Remember that the professionalism and training starts at the top with the management. In the future, I will be using Mr. Potty Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Thanks for everything, and the great job all around.

I called Obsta Plumbing for to fix an urgent plumbing issue. they were not available to come out the same day but they recommended another company who was able to come out the same day and did a great job. Thank you for the recommendation!

Would highly recommend Obsta Plumbing. They have a great management team that really cares about their customers and the work that they do.

October 2023 update: Bought a new gas cooktop to replace our 20 year old one, and called Obsta to do the installation. They arrive on time (actually a bit early) and got right to work. They quickly discovered the existing opening was a bit too small for the new cooktop, but had everything they needed to cut a quarter inch out of the granite countertop and get the job done. Reasonable price, excellent workmanship, great results. .. Previous review: I bought a water softener and a whole house filter with the intention of installing them myself, but had second thoughts about that given potential consequences if I got it wrong. I called Obsta, they came out and gave me an estimate, and pointed out that there was a small leak on the main line to the house which I hadn't noticed. They included that repair, as well as a new shut-off valve, and I gave the OK to get started.

They arrived exactly when they said they would, and despite running into a couple of unanticipated problems - at one point they had four guys at our house - they stuck with the original quote. The results were better than I imagined, a very neat job, all the pipes were well insulated and you would never have guessed they dug a 20 foot trench from water supply line to the softener. As they were finishing up I realized I'd better start studying the manual so I could set up the program and start using the softener. When I went outside - they had already competed the setup! They had also checked the water hardness level, adjusted the softener to match, advised me on proper salt levels and maintenance requirements.

On their way out they all stopped and were looking at the roof - they noticed an AC condensate line dripping which should not happen unless the main condensate line is clogged. They suggested I check that out, which I did, and they were right. I was able to clear the line before any damage was done. Apologies for the long review, but these guys went above and beyond anything I expected, and that is a pretty rare thing.

Paul and his crew care about their customers more than most of the companies I’ve worked with before. They made sure I knew when they would arrive and what the issue was and my options. My water heater went out on a weekend. I called Monday morning and was scheduled for an appointment within a few hours. After I approved the quote, Mario and Justin arrived within two hours and did an amazing job of removing the old water heater and installing the new one. I was impressed by everyone's professionalism and attention to detail.

We contacted MET to determine why we had a long standing wet spot in the middle of a carpeted walkway on our second floor. They had to cut into drywall in two places and check out our AC overflow piping in the attic. It appears that the leak probably came from the overflow which had been capped when a new AC unit was installed. They found no moisture using their meter in the wall and around the wet spot. They were timely and thorough.

The tech (Mr Quiroz) took very good care of me today. He was polite, Listened to me explain in detail the problem I was having was reference to my toilet fix the problem cleaned up showed up on time with booties on And was very respectful and professional. I highly recommend MET plumbing and Mr Quiroz.

Dorian and assistant looked at the water main and were very honest and said I should contact the City of Sugar Land as it looked like a problem the city could repair at no cost. If the break was on my side I should call Met Plumbing back.

Travis came in, diagnosed the problem, offered options for resolving the situation with three price levels. Once we decided, he had the problem completely resolved by 4pm. Great work, and the guy working with him was great. They were so fast i didn't catch his name. Thx!

Andy came to my house in the evening to take care of the issues with my kitchen. He was very nice and helpful. He did not rush, he explained what he was doing and he showed me the old (I think he called it the (pea?) trap. Anyway, the was very courteous. Quote Was Much Higher Than Expected

Called MET Plumbing for a burst outdoor shower valve and faucet replacement.

The quote I received was $4,300+ which included replacing all pipes and the backflow preventer. I felt this was significantly higher than what the repair should cost for fixing a single burst pipe and replacing one faucet.

I decided to get additional quotes from other plumbers before proceeding.

Frank was very professional and offered me the best solution for my problem. He proposed various options and explained each with great detail. Very courteous and professional. Great work, neat and efficient.
