We were recommended by family friends to contact Mr. Potty and we were so glad we did. Our water softener was leaking for who knows how long, and the Mr. Potty crew were great from the moment I called. We appreciate the price transparency up front and not being pressured for a sale. Cody and Robert were excellent in explaining our situation and answering all our questions, before, during, and after installation of our water softener and drain. We appreciate y'all! They did great work and we are happy to find such a honest company. We recommend Mr. Potty for all plumbing needs and will continue to use them in the future!

Robert and Dominic came out and performed extensive maintenance services on our sink fixtures (some of the shut off valves were frozen). They were efficient, courteous, and focused. I highly recommend Mr. Potty Plumbing!

The Mr Potty’s crew arrived on time and came prepared.
There were 2 plumbers. Which was necessary.
It was a more of a diagnostic job as it was hard to find exactly where the problem was. The crew found where the work needs doing.
They checked everything. Sprinkler system, all the boxes in the ground. Anything that water came out of. It is a big job. It is a job for our irrigation guys now.
I have had work done by Paul Obst before, and I’m very confident in his work. He explains everything that they do and gives updates during the job. His partner was great too. He didn’t need to be given instructions on what to tackle, and great at his work. Paul has had years of experience to back him up.
I’m so glad they came as my yard was a big mudslide.
I will keep calling Mr Potty for my plumbing work! They know what they are doing.

Cody and his assistant, Jason, arrived promptly. They were cheerful and extremely polite as they fixed the problems. Cody was open to answering additional plumbing questions that the homeowner had. The end product showed the high level of their expertise.

This is the second time I have used Obsta/Mr. Potty Plumbing Company in the past 4 years. Cody replaced both of the emergency shut off valves in the laundry room, both emergency shut off valves under the kitchen sink, and the emergency shut off valve for the dishwasher. All were 25 years old and beginning to leak. The kitchen faucet also needed to be replaced as it was 25 years old as well and corroded on the inside. They gave me such a great, and very fair, price on all the work that I was able to replace not only the kitchen sink faucet but the entire kitchen sink. I am the original and only owner of the home and am very happy to replace the 25 year old white, cast iron kitchen sink that had a very deep and ugly gouge caused by the builder on the original install. Cody, with the help of Justin to remove the very heavy old sink, worked tirelessly throughout the day to make sure every detail was attended to and performed exceptional work. In my opinion, Cody went above and beyond on the caulking of the sink to get it just right. He was patient, gracious, and very professional. I would definitely recommend Cody, as well as Mr. Potty Plumbing. I also want to especially thank Dorinda Obsta who went out of her way to also provide exceptional customer service by addressing every question and concern I had before the install. Thank you so much!

The plumbing services are always spot on and they treat you great. Clear explanations all the way through and they’ve never disappointed me the last 10 years.

The technician (Cody) was polite and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions fully and made sure I knew all the details. His actions were transparent and he allowed me to hear the details he was passing beck to The office to obtain price quotes. I had a valve replacement for a new refrigerator installation and two outside hose bibs installed.I would definitely use their services again.

Dominic is an excellent plumber and their service coordinators are great reps. They guaranteed their work and came back at no additional charge to validate their work is top quality. This is my 3rd time calling mr potty and every time they give me more reasons to continue using their services.

Mario, Robert and Alex were awesome to deal with. Very respectful and did clean work. We had two 40 Gal water heater removed and a Navien Tankless installed. Highly recommend Mr Potty plumbing.

We called Mr. Potty to fix some shower leaks and other general plumbing work. Dominic was very professional, neat and polite. He took his time and finished the work quickly. We don't use anyone else but Obsta/Mr. Potty!

Mr Potty Plumbing once again to the rescue. Mario was great with replacing my faucet unit that wouldn’t come off due to calcium deposits that lodged a screw in place. He had to saw a piece off and made it all look brand new afterwards. Awesome personality too which made the experience even better. And thumbs up to Alex for getting me on the schedule quickly and saving me from going all weekend without water. Everyone from those gents to Derinda/Darinda are great folks and I will definitely use Mr Potty again in the future. 👍
