MET Plumbing replaced faucets, sink drains and toilet flush valve and tank gasket. All the insulation work measured up to my expectations for quality and workmanship. The work area was always orderly and clean when the job was finished. MET’s employee was courteous and knowledgeable. I would use them again.

I called to get a shower valve fixed that went bad late in the afternoon. Shawn was at my house to fix the issue within 45 minutes. The valve was fixed promptly and working well again. He did an excellent job and would recommend them for future jobs.

I contacted MET Plumbing Company by reading reviews on-line. Travis came to my home next day to estimate quote for whole house water softener and reverse osmosis system install.

Travis and Stevie did the fantastic job, attention to detail, and works hard with pride. Their professionalism and respect were excellent. The explanation on how the system works was good and easy.

The Osmosis system was leaking a little, so I contact them. Immediately, they came and altered the tubular drain for the kitchen sink to fix the problem.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of both the office staff and plumbers (Greg and Frank) who made our requested repairs. We have used MET plumbing services for several years now and have always received excellent service. On this occasion we decided to upgrade our garbage disposal, replace our water heaters and toilets. We must say that both Greg and Frank went above and beyond what was expected. They were very proficient and meticulous with the installations and were also very neat in the process. We were particularly impressed with their decision to reroute the water lines under our kitchen sink to make the shut off valves more accessible when they replaced our garbage disposal. They also upgraded the shut off valves to the kitchen sink and all the toilets. Lastly, they took the extra time to make sure the water heaters had a neat and aesthetically pleasing look to them (see attached pictures). The wrapping of the insulation on the feed lines indicates the care and time they took to get it right. Greg also added brackets to support the water supply lines and even touched up the paint on the base to offer a clean appearance.

We could not have been more pleased. We will definitely be calling MET Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

MET PLUMBING was referred to me by very dear friends of ours. Travis and Marcus arrived right on time and did a wonderful job on running gas line from one side of the house to the other. They were very clean and wore shoe covers every time they came into the house. I will now highly recommend them to everyone that I can. Great job guys! Thank you very much!

Had the wonderful guys from Met Plumbing come over late January to install a new sewer pipe during the frigid weather. It was a spectacular feat how they dug and installed a new pipe all within the same day!

On the day of the construction I did not meet up with the plumber which was quite a bummer. Although I got multiple text messages saying when he will arrive. I guess they don't need to go to the site as frequently once they got it situated with the working crew.

I did end up talking with the city inspector as he inspected the site. The inspector noticed how they did an amazing job of what he had in mind but a lot better. He did mention that having 4 cleanouts is a tad-bit of an overkill but I think it's an important feature.

The pipe wasn't buried after the city inspector left. The following day at 5pm the pipes were still exposed and I was pondering if they were going to work in the dark with headlamps or in the rain as mud is easier to move than dirt.
I dropped by after the storm and found the pipes were magically covered up and the pile of dirt was no longer visible.

After calling their office a few times the box of pipe fittings that squatted next to the a/c fan for 3 days finally returned home, I think.

Despite them doing a professional and splendid job initially and during, I really think their post construction needs some elbow grease.

Franklin from MET Plumbing was fantastic! He installed our RO system and water softener and took the time to walk us through all of our new home’s plumbing systems. He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient with all our questions. Highly recommend him and MET Plumbing!

Overall great experience from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and professional. Technician was onsite ahead of schedule. Dorian was awesome he was able to diagnose and repair the issue in a timely fashion.

Monday, February 16 MET PLUMBING

Frank Quiroz and Marcos were back again today to replace the waterline going from my meter to my house which had developed a leak on Tuesday. They completely replaced all of the old PVC piping with PEX, replaced all of the hardware going into the house with brand new hardware and even included an additional shut off valve on my side of the meter. As always very professional. It’s always a pleasure to come to have them come and do work for me.

Thursday, January 15

Frank Quiroz was back again today, Thursday, January 15 to replace the aging shower faucet and assorted hardware in my en suite bedroom shower with new modern hardware.

As usual, he did an excellent job, cleaned up after the job, and explained every facet of it to me before beginning work and asked permission from me when it was necessary to make changes in the plan as he encountered nuances in my plumbing.

Frank’s communication skills are excellent. He listens well and communicates effectively.

The final installation looks very nice

Had an excellent experience with Marcus Camacho, Technician at MET Plumbing. He arrived promptly, was helpful, polite, explained options, costs, and went the extra mile in resolving my plumbing issue. Will not hesitate to call MET and Marcus again.

Andy Fauver and his trainee. were great. Very professional and knowledgeable and great explanation on everything that needed to be done. Price a bit higher than I would have liked it to be. But you get what you pay for. Now I have peace of mind.

I had the best experience with MET Plumbing with replacing my toilet. Eddie was very professional and informative. He answered all of my questions with care. After the job was completed, he left my bathroom with no mess for me to clean. I will definitely use MET Plumbing again, and I highly recommend requesting Eddie.

Dorian was very attentive and professional when he came out to service our appliances. He went above and beyond to take care of our needs in a timely manner. I appreciate his work ethic and accountability.

Marcus from MET came out after I reported a gas smell in my laundry room. The leak wasn’t too serious, so he cut the line going down to the laundry room and installed a valve so it can be reconnected in the future if needed. The gas line was in the attic, and he handled everything quickly and professionally.

It was early on a Saturday, and I really appreciated him coming out—especially because my teenage son needed to take a shower! Marcus was knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything clearly, which eased my worries. He truly made my day. Thank you, Marcus!

We had Andy Fauver come out over the weekend to see if we had a leak. Unfortunately, he discovered that we did, but I’m glad we called MET. Andy put us at ease and was able to schedule repairs for Monday morning. We opted for replacing roughly 30 feet of piping which came with a 10 year warranty. Andy used up-to-date materials that will last in the long run. My husband and I received periodic updates followed by a phone call to let us know the repairs went well. When we got home, the yard didn’t even look like it was just dug up. Andy’s team did a great job! I highly recommend MET plumbing, Andy, and his team.

Travis was excellent in every possible way. Professional, kind, helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. He understood our issue and addressed it directly and satisfactorily.

Shawn came out to give us an estimate and he found a few things wrong with our water heater leak. We went with them because of the price and his kindness. We had big box plumbers come out and their quotes were about double the price. We got a quality water heater with sensors to notify if any leaks should occur installed for 12 year warranty and the price was perfect. Big ups to Frank, who helped Shawn! I will definitely be using them as plumbers from now on.
