Reviews of local pros in Kaufman, Texas

Tanner is the real deal! We have used him for weekly lawn maintenance and to put the Christmas lights on our house; and he does not disappoint. It’s refreshing to work with someone that does what he says and stands behind his work. You won’t regret hiring Adair Custom Landscaping to meet your needs.

Adair landscaping does an awesome job mowing and trimming my lawn. Very professional looking and provides great curb appeal and appearance. Highly recommend Tanner Adair for your lawn and landscaping needs.

Tanner Adair does a great job with my yard. I really love that he checks in while on his other yards in the area. He is very responsive and involved. He follows my personal yard goals and helps ensure we reach that. My yard looks less like sod now and more like a real yard.

Awesome work! Arrived on time to put our home Christmas lights up and take them down. Definitely will be using again going forward

We’ve been incredibly happy with Adair Custom Lawns & the service we have received — truly top-notch in every way. Their team is meticulous with every detail and never cuts corners. They take the time to make sure everything is done right and looks absolutely perfect before they leave. It’s clear they care about the quality of their work, not just rushing off to the next job.

They’re also extremely trustworthy, easy to communicate with, and very fair with their pricing — which is rare to find these days. It’s a huge relief knowing we can count on them consistently to keep our property looking great. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality landscaping services!

Tanner does a great job taking care of our lawn! He’s very reliable, great at communicating, and really reasonably priced! 10/10 recommend

We used Adair to install our Christmas lights and inflatables. Tanner was so nice and professional. He installed our lights, ran extension cords, and set up our inflatables. Everything connects to a timer so we have zero maintenance. It was a great experience and cant wait to use him year after year.

Tanner is absolutely the best Christmas light installer I've encountered over the years. Year after year I'm so impressed with his pride of workmanship and precision installations. Attached is the 2024 version of Tanner's light installation at my home. THANK YOU!

My review is overdue! Tanner has been providing the best lawn care services for more than a year. Whether it’s a continued every other week service during the mowing months or an on call request in the winter months, I’ve never had an issue with the services provided by Adair Custom Landscapes! I do appreciate it!!

Tanner is a wonderful professional for your yard care, and also this year did our Christmas outdoor light installation. He is upfront about his services and is very responsive to whatever you need for healthy grass, trees and shrubs. We really appreciate his quality care, service and having a joyful attitude. His price is very reasonable both for lawn care or an individualized plan for outdoor Christmas light installation/removal/ storage. I like that he is local, and I want to support small businesses.

Outstanding service at every step of the way. They replaced a low quality panel (e.g. lights across the whole house flickered every time the AC ran!; did not control surges that fried the motherboard of our commercial grade drier) that had caused our new home issues since day 1 of move in

Each team member with whom we worked at Testerman was swift, professional, superb, and-- most importantly to my wife and me--extremely helpful in explaining the root problem and how their work would address it. When they replaced our panel they installed a whole home surge protector, a new ground rods, and explained to us how we could add circuits on to our new panel.

We were referred to Testerman by a local high-end fixture & lighting store, and their referral was the correct one. My family will use Testerman's services & expertise as long as we live in the area.

I've now used C&C Electric on 3 different occasions over the past 2 years, at 3 different properties. Each time, their people were polite, professional, punctual, and personable. The most recent work, they came in behind another electrician and fixed a problem the other company caused. They discussed the repair options with me, and let me know how those options aligned with the city code and why things were better one way over another. On another project, C&C rewired an outbuilding, installing new GFCI plugs, LED lighting and ran conduit for the external location. Their prices are fair, their work is high quality. I'd gladly recommend them for any residential or light commercial electrical related work to anyone across DFW. They have done work for me in Fort Worth, Quinlan, and Terrell, Texas now.

Friendly, informational, thorough, helpful, efficient.

Pros:
• They called to confirm appointment
• They called to confirm tech was on the way
• They called as a followup to make sure everything was alright
• The electrician (Angel) was awesome and so helpful, explaining the options possible, what he was doing, and potential options in the future (with quotes!)
• Got way more bang for buck than expected
• Fixed another small problem we didn’t even know we had

Cons:
• None

Just super professional but still personable.

Shoutout to Angel!

I was vacuuming and all of a sudden, no power. I called Gardner and 2 amazing technicians came out that day, found my problem quickly and communicated the problem and solution clearly. I usually try to fix things myself but glad I didn’t. This was a burned out wire that could have caused a fire! Great service!

Amazing Job done today! The guys were very informative, transparent and just respectful of my home. They have definitely earned my business for any future needs.

Justin and Nathaniel were my techs, absolutely great guys that did a wonderful job. They were quick, clean and quite knowledgeable. Fair pricing with an even better warranty, truly couldn't ask for better.

Christian did a great job. Very clear and informative as to what the problem is. Very pleasant and helpful. Gardner was able to get to an emergency for us.

I called this morning not expecting them to come out today but was told they have a technician to come today. Justin was very professional; he explained the cost of the diagnostics and what it covered before he started; he let me know what he was looking for to fix the problem I was having. He was able to fix it quickly. I am very happy with the outcome.

I had an outdoor electrical outlet that was not working. I contacted Gardner and the two technicians, Seth and Austin, came out within a day or two being that it was not an emergency and I didn’t need the outlet right away. They replace the outlet with a correct outlet. The guys were very professional, explained everything to me and I felt like I really made the right decision having professional electricians take care of my home. I would recommend Gardner Electrical to anybody and I plan on using them again for my electrical needs. The price I paid was very reasonable in my opinion and came with a great warranty. Great job guys.

Gardner electric did an excellent job anytime we've had them come out. Extreme.\n Ly professional. The only electrician I would use.

Gardner Electrical did a fantastic job for us. They replaced our '80s era electric panel, changed several outlets in our home, added some additional outlets, added a charger for our solar generator, replaced our outdoor floor lights and more. From the first contact by phone through completion of the work, everyone at Gardner was courteous, professional and extremely thorough. There was no question that they could not answer. They clearly explained our options and made suggestions that best suited our needs. They took care of getting a permit for the work and arranging for the city inspector. They showed up on time and we received a call ahead of time so we knew when they would arrive. Brad, Justin, Angel, Seth, Nathaniel and Christian were the best! We highly recommend Gardner Electrical if you are looking for excellent electrical work at a reasonable price.
