I'm here to tell you!!! Gardner Electrical is awesome. Austin explained everything he was doing and why. He even made helpful suggestions that I never stopped to think about. I will definitely use them again if necessary. If you have any
electrical need call Gardener Electrical. They are my new go to.

Our a/c problem turned out to be an electrical problem and Brianna very quickly sent Angel to get everything working again! Angel and (I didn’t get the other guy’s name!) were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed to be done in detail and all for a fair price. We ended up adding a Whole Home Surge Protector to keep from having the same problem again with other appliances. We will definitely use Gardner Electrical again. I talked to a family member afterward who said he had an electric repair company to recommend and it was ALSO Gardner Electrical. We are very pleased with the quick and accurate service! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

I chose Gardner because of the great reviews and I’m grateful I did. Christian was my tech and he did a thorough, detailed diagnostic to find the problem. He discovered the issue was on Oncor”s side and he assisted me in making the call to explain the technical side of the situation.
Oncor came out and at first said it wasn’t there problem, I called Gardner they messaged Christian and he was at my house in just minutes. Oncor replaced a part, still not working correctly, so now they are replacing the line to my house.
Christian took his time, and care enough to hold Oncor accountable, I highly recommend Gardner Electrical as a trustworthy and respectful company.

Austin and Seth were wonderful! They did great work and were kind, polite, and professional. They felt like family by the time they left! Told them we would have to invite them for the holidays lol! I had such a great experience with this company. They installed 3 new fixtures and changed out 3 canister lights. They made sure I was completely satisfied with placement and very patient with my indecisiveness! 🤪 Also, Brianna the office admin was a doll and very communicative. She called each time to let me know their guys were on the way as well as following up after they left to make sure I was happy and everything went well. I highly recommend Gardner for any and all electrical needs! Thank you Gardner! Love my new fixtures!

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable about his craft. Well organized and conscious of his time and cleaned up when finished. Explain different services that I might have interest in along with a quote. Overall experience was Five Star service.

I was working on repairing my garage when i put a screw through the wires to my a/c compressor. This was my first time having electrical work done and I discovered that no one reputable is inexpensive. However, Gardner Electrical was very reasonable with pricing, willing to fix what needed fixed and, unlike other companies, didn't try to pressure me into several thousands of dollars of replacements. Also Christain, the tech who came out was great.

Gardner Electrical is the best! Same day service without an upfront trip charge. We changed out 2 ceiling fluorescent cases for LED bulbs. The service technician was very professional and helpful. No hidden charges and great pricing.

We had an electrical issue at our house that was odd to me. Rather than try to resolve it myself, I reached out to Gardner Electric. They immediately responded and Ostin arrived on time. He was very professional and explained his trouble shooting process in detail. He was able to resolve the issue at a very reasonable price. I found this company by chance but I am glad I did. They were very friendly and helpful. The Technician was friendly and took the time ro listen and explain the repair and to look over my system to make sure everything was good att no charge to me. I would not hesitate to call them again.

We apparently had vermin damage to wiring in our attic. The technician came out and had the wiring repaired with 45 minutes. He was very personable and friendly. He explained in full detail what was going on before starting the repair and provided us pricing upfront.

Justin was awesome. Feel he went over & above to ensure we had what we needed and wanted. He installed a transfer switch to allow us to use our generator safely, not only for us, but for those that have to work on power lines during an outage. Highly recommend Justin.

Fantastic service, professional and knowledgeable. We had an emergency on a weekend, and they were here in no time to make sure that my elderly mother was not in danger of an electrical fire. Gardner Electric took care of my home electrical issues. The Team (Brianna, Brad and Austin) did a pretty good job in scheduling, coordinating, and executing the much needed repair that happened on a weekend. I was impressed with how quickly someone was able to come out during the ice storm to assess exactly what I needed, then the technicians were there within a couple of hours! Then when the power had been restored(by Oncor) and the heat wasn’t working, then again showed up quickly and got us going again! It was a pleasant experience during a stressful time. Everyone connected with Gardner Electrical from the lady I spoke to on the phone to the different guys that came out explained everything they were doing. I will definitely call again in the future.

Our gate opener at the fence hasn’t worked in several years. Turns out the buried electric power line from our house that goes through the woods to the gate was bad. It would be very expensive to replace. We decided to run power from a close by TVEC power pole to the gate opener instead. Justin from Gardner Electric came out and we discussed options. He was very knowledgeable and explained the best way to approach it. Once we had a plan and a price, Justin came out with a helper and they installed everything. I believe Mr. Gardner, the owner, came out too for a quick look. I thought that was pretty neat. Installing everything was a lot of work and took a full day. They cleaned everything up nicely when they were done. The job looks professional. I talked with Brianna at their office about scheduling the work and she was very helpful. They have a good team. We are happy with the results and will use Gardner Electrical again.

I Have used Gardner Electrical twice now within a six month time frame. I have been very pleased with the very efficient, thoroughly inspected in getting everything right - service - the price- and the technicians. Gardner Electrical was fantastic to work with! I had two ceiling fans that we wanted replaced and our ceilings are 20+ feet high. Christian came for the estimate and discussed what they were able to do and how they would do it. He scheduled an install and was able to come back the next day with a helper and an 18ft ladder and did a fantastic job at replacing both fans and rewiring the wall switches as we needed.
Both techs were on time, very conscientious considering the ladder was not easy to move, and provided a quality install. They were polite through the whole process and even cleaned up before leaving! Very organized and communicative from the first call to completion.

Christian did a fantastic job getting my dead light switches replaced. He also let me know about surge protectors for the home, AC, and septic systems. We’ve had many expensive replacements from power surges over the years out in the country so I had him install them. He was fast and efficient and very friendly. I was very happy with the service!
