Reviews of local pros in Kaufman, Texas

I have problems with my drain and needed someone fast. I placed a request on Yelp late one afternoon and got a response and a phone call within minutes. The next day I was placed on a stand-by list which resulted in an actual appointment with Josh and Christian. They came and resolved my issue within 30 minutes. Great service all around, from Michelle to Josh and Christian. Thanks !!!

I really appreciate the quality of work they do and how on time they are. Clayton is very professional and does an exceptional job! The pipes going into my water heater were installed backwards long ago and they took the extra time to make sure the job was done right. I highly recommend them!

The Plumb Unique team completed a full replacement of the sewage pipes under my foundation as the original pipes were cast iron and physically falling apart. This was an extensive operation that involved tunneling underneath over 60ft in length under our house. Josh and his team not only quoted me $2,000 to $5,000 less then two other companies, but they also finished the job in 2-3 days less then the other companies estimated. The work was quite and as clean as could be. The stacked the dirt as neatly as possible and cleaned up after themselves when the work was done. The team stayed late and completed all plumbing repairs in one day so we were only without water for half a day.

This was by far the largest and most costly repair on my home I have ever needed. Plumb Unique did it faster, cheaper, and better then anyone else. Could not have been an easier process! Highly recommend for any and all plumbing work.

John and Plumb Unique are excellent. Super responsive, high quality work. Has replaced water heater in my house and rental units. Honest and hard working team.

Plumb Unique is a fabulous company! Not only are they extremely nice, they are very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone at this company, from the people in the office to the plumber himself, goes out of their way to take superb care of their customers. I cannot imagine a plumbing company that is better than this one. Plumb Unique is number one in my book. I recommend them very highly and would not even consider using another plumbing company. Thank you, Clayton, for doing such a fabulous job! Thank you, Michelle, for everything you did to help us during a very difficult time.

Today was a great day in the Danna household. A gentlemen plumber named Clayton with his assistant Clay arrived to clear a 'clog from hell' that had been in place for 8 days. 8 days with no garbage disposal, no dishwasher. We were getting desperate.

My fantastic HVAC guy, Robert with Airemaster refers me to Plumb Unique.

They were terrific. Within an hour they had cleared the clog. The wicked clog is dead. My wife is happy. I am happy.

It is with great pleasure that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Request Clayton. His small daughter called him on phone while here. I could hear her tell him she loved him. He returned the love. Nice way to end our encounter today.

Merry Christmas to all. May the light of Christ shine on you this wonderful season.

John has done all the plumbing service and repair on my personal and rental property for several years. He is very honest and a great Christian man. They provide excellent service as well as a fast response time and I would highly recommend Plumb Unique Inc. to anyone.

Clayton and Carlos just left our house after completing a wonderful job repairing our malfunctioning faucets. They performed the job in the most effective, professional, courteous, and impressive way as can be. I can say that because two different plumbers came and made failed attempts to fix our faucets. I give Plumb Unique, particularly Clayton, my highest compliments that I can give to any service provider.

This company came to service and replace the hot water valve connected to the washing machine. They fit me in the next day and Josh was super helpful and fixed the issue quickly! Their customer service is prompt and very accommodating! Will definitely use them again.

I've used this company extesively for a few years not only for a condominium property I manage professionally but also at my home and condos where I live. They are easy to work with and go out of their way to help us out when issues arise. They hire reliable and knowledgeable team members and have great office staff, too. I strongly recommend Plumb Unique.

Plumb Unique is one of the most reliable contractors that I’ve ever worked with. When they say it’s going to be done it’s done and done the right way. If you want a plumbing contractor on your job that doesn’t cut any corners, exceeds time lines and expectations then Plumb Unique is the contractor for you!

I’ve used John and Plumb Unique for years, and wouldn’t have it any other way. The team is trustworthy, timely, knowledgeable and all around great to work with. Whether it is a clogged pipe, user error on garbage disposal, or big jobs like replacing and testing water heaters, I’d highly recommend Plumb Unique for all your plumbing needs.

Someone referred Plumb Unique to me to address broken washer waterline valves. I have to say that the positive reviews from others are spot on. I was pressed for time, and Pam at the front office was able to fit me into a timeslot the same day. Josh was the plumber that was sent out to my house, and wow just a very courteous and professional guy. He quickly replaced the valves and the cost was very reasonable. This company will be at the top of my list for my future plumbing needs.

I have used PlumbUnique as my “go to” company for an array of plumbing matters at the 12 rental units that I manage, plus my personal residence. They do excellent work and are thorough in their approach to repairs, (which minimizes return calls), while at the same time not unnecessarily replacing parts. They are honest, responsive, competively priced and stand behind their work. They also seek candid feedback on work performed so they can maintain their high standard of service. Scheduling appointments with tenants can be challenging, so I appreciate the fact that they are timely with their appointments and are willing to call when they are on their way. I have recommended them to scores of people, many of whom have thanked me for the referral.

Needed a plumber to clear a sewage back up, I was not in a hurry; however, they asked if the toilets could be still be used, I said we can find a place to use a toilet until the next day. She was not having it, Shannon made a giant effort to get out to the home asap and clear the drains so we weren't dealing with that any longer than was needed. The plumber was calling within a very short couple of hours to let us know he was 20 minutes away, what an amazing surprise. Very thoughtful, and sooooo very much appreciated. I'm putting them on my list to use every time . Great to have a team you can count on. Thank you so much everyone!

Wonderful company to work with! I have been personally working with Plumb Unique for almost ten years. I have worked with every trade in the market with multiple companies for each trade and no other company compaires to Plumb Unique . They are very knowledgeable and always go above and beyond our expectations! If you want it done right the first time go with Plumb Unique!!

I highly recommend Plumb Unique! The receptionist was extremely sweet and worked with my schedule with regards to a time that would work best. Clayton was very competent and took the time also to explain what the issues were that were probably causing the leak (and he was right, as I haven't seen the leak reappear since his repair). I will definitely add you guys to my contact list for any future issues that arise! Thank you so much for your quality workmanship! :-)

After having one plumber who took our service fee and never came back and another that left us without water for several days, Clayton, from Plum Unique, came in and resolved the plumbing issue within minutes. Not only did he fix the shoddy work done by the last plumber, he kindly fixed another problem in the house that was overlooked by the first two plumbers. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and timely. I highly recommend Plum Unique for any and all of your plumbing needs!!

Great service and communication. Had a kitchen sink backing up knew it was a sewer line. Service tech Nate kept me updated through out his day as when he may make out. Unfortunately I was not able to meet them at my home once he was ready to head that way but I explain our problem and he felt that he could take care of it without going into house. Called me once he finished up to explain the issue and what he did. Even called the next morning to insure he had resolved the issue since he wasn't able to check the inside. Thanks guys.

Working with John Mendoza and his team is an incredible experience. It’s hard to find reliable and honest people in the construction businees. I had hired another company to do some repairs and they wanted to charge me 8K for things John determined were not needed. Plumb Unique has been my go to company for my business and home and I would not call anybody else. I highly recommend them.

I've used Plumb Unique for many years. I manage an apartment community in the Dallas area, and they are the only plumbers I trust to service our tankless system.
Recently I had a personal plumbing emergency and used Plumb Unique to replace all the plumbing under our home. Josh and the crew did a great job.
If you need an honest plumber that offers competitive prices, Plumb Unique is the way to go!
