We have used Liberty for a couple of jobs at our house over the last several and they were very professional and courteous to us with the issues we were having.
Justin was upfront & honest with us about what the cost and the timeline needed to complete the jobs. Justin (owner) drove 45 miles to install a new water heater for me. While he was here, he took a look at various other things I needed repaired including two sink faucet replacements, removing and installing a cartridge, handle and shower head for our kids bathroom. In addition to the original reason he was here (water heater), he covered all these items at a VERY reasonable price. His quote was several hundreds of dollars lower than the local companies. On top of that, he hauled off the old water heater at no extra expense to me. We are extremely grateful for Justin getting us on the schedule very quickly, and completing efficient, quality work at a more than fair price. Justin is a man of his word and is exceptionally respectful. This is how business owners need to be if they strive to grow their business and have the community trust them with their services. I wish all companies conducted business like Liberty Drains & Plumbing did for us. Justin is an expert at what he does, and we are very happy that we decided to give him the opportunity to serve us. I had some foundation work done this week and needed a hydrostatic test performed. I contacted Liberty Drains & Plunbing. They were able to schedule me very quickly. They also repaired a leaky commode and replaced a couple of valves they noticed were bad. Get the big time repair and test without the big time repair cost. I definitely recommend Justin and Josh for all of your plumbing needs. They have made me a customer for life.

Liberty Drains is the best plumber in the area! I called on Justin and his team to help me with the heavy lifting with my master suite reno. I needed to move drains, relocate and stub out water lines, and plumb my new clawfoot tub. Justin was always on time, always efficient, super clean, and communicative throughout the process.
