Reviews of local pros in Kaufman, Texas

Plumbing situations can rarely be anticipated or planned. These issues often have the added pain of being extremely messy and expensive.

I met Justin a few years prior and I am thankful I kept his business card! A leaky shower faucet and water heater replacement was not cheap. I am completely happy that the quote and invoice for both was LESS THAN three what I was quoted over the phone by other plumbers! Same day service with extremely honest communication.

Justin and Josh, at Liberty are the gold standard of professional plumbers that will take care of your needs without having to think about selling a kidney! Liberty will continue to get my business and recommendations as long as I can offer both.

The guys are professional and polite. Did everything needed to fix the problem fast and efficiently. Was here when he said he would be here. Also, had advise to avoid the problem I had in the future. He could have simply said have a good day, call if you have another problem and I would continue to pay for the same issue. He took money off the original price as well, who dose that nowadays? GOOD PEOPLE Do.

I had a leak in a buried copper waterline. I tried to repair it myself with no success. Justin showed up and had my water restored within 20 minutes. Will definitely be using these guys again.

Justin and Josh did a fantastic job of clearing up two clogged drains. Not only clearing out the blockage in each drain but explaining step by step what they were doing. They also drained both of our water heaters, which hadn’t been done for awhile. Will highly recommend them for any plumbing job, and will call them again for any future issues.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Liberty Drains. Justin went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of immediately and really went above and beyond to ensure the work was perfect and the area immaculately clean afterwards. Great guys, fair pricing, definitely recommend giving them a call for whatever you need

These guys were reliable, honest, and did great quality work. They were able to come over quickly when they said they would, and get a leak in our home stopped before causing a lot of damage. They explained what we needed and did great work fixing the problem. They stayed late on a Sunday evening and made sure everything was right before they left.

Justin and Josh came to our home and done alot of repairs and remodels for us. They are so friendly and kind. Justin and Josh kept us well informed of issues needing corrected. We would definitely recommend Liberty Drains and Plumbing.

Called on a Thursday hoping I could get a small leak fixed before that artic blast came through, Justin came out the next day and got it taken care of in no time at all. Price he quoted on the phone prior to arrival was spot on and he was very professional in his manner of speaking. I'd highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to reach out to them again in the future.

Liberty Drains is awesome. They communicated a realistic timeline for arrival and repairs. Communication of the problem and solution were effectively presented in an understandable way. They were professional and friendly in all interactions. They are knowledgeable and deliver beyond expectations! I will definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs! We used them for a gas supply line to our stove repair.

Justin was excellent from start to finish! He was very responsive, showed up on time, and got our water heater installed quickly. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth, and the quality of his work was top-notch. Highly recommend Justin if you’re looking for a reliable and professional plumber!

Just want to say Justin is amazing! Called him early in the morning on Sunday and arrived within a few hours. Fixed a leak under our sink and gave us some suggestions to keep critters away from the water lines. We live out in the country, so we see little critters all the time. Great communication and very professional! We definitely recommend! Thank you!

Justin responded promptly and arrived on time. They did an awesome job and were very professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable and efficient with our time. They were able to locate the leak quickly and used quality materials. There is also a follow up in line once the water dries up and the hole will be filled back in. I appreciated them putting on shoe covers and were overall a joy to work with. We paid a little extra for the 5 year plan. We highly recommend Liberty Drains and Plumbing.

We had a great experience with Liberty Drains and Plumbing. From the start, their communication was excellent — they clearly explained the work, kept us updated, and always let us know their arrival times.

Justin and Josh were the ones who handled the work, and they were both professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They replaced a toilet, updated older water lines to more modern ones, completed a shower installation, and also diagnosed and repaired a sewage line stoppage. They corrected the issue and made sure everything was flowing properly again. Everything went smoothly, and the quality of the work was solid.

We’ve tried other plumbers around Kaufman in the past, and none of them matched the level of professionalism, communication, and quality that Liberty Drains Plumbing provided. We’re extremely happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them.

Justin and his entire crew are excellent, and I will highly recommend them to anyone I know needing plumbing services. I had a nightmare of a series of problems in my old house; some of it from poorly done plumbing by builders in the 70s and some of it from other problems out in the yard. Justin was highly knowledgeable and his entire crew was skilled and professional. In one day we had my kitchen sink and air conditioning condensate line re-done (including a slab penetration to replace the bad fittings from the builders all those years ago), chased down a persistent natural gas leak in my attic (found three different old pipe fittings that all were in various degrees of aging and disrepair), and repaired the natural gas main line in my yard that had sprung a major leak. Throughout the process he was highly communicative, explaining what needed to be done and why, and what my options were. From now on, I will call no one else for plumbing work. They are the best in the business, period.

Josh and Justin came out to our home to help us with a leak we had out in our yard. They were very professional in explaining everything to us before they got started with the work. They are very knowledgeable about the service they provide. Highly recommend!
