David did a great job and even cleaned up after him self from the insulation the fell while working on the units.

Cameron checked our units, changed the filters, and even poured vinegar in one to unclog it. He then turned everything on to make sure it works. He was very thorough and very nice.

Colby came out to check a water leak in our HVAC system. He diagnosed the problem in minutes, fixed and tested the system. He also checked the seals of our ventilation system in the attic. It was all including the service fee, which is very reasonable. Colby was very informative and friendly.

We have always excellent service from All-A-Round, and this time was no different. Our system went out on Labor Day. We didn’t mind waiting until Tuesday for a service call (our choice). They were quick to get us on the schedule Tuesday. We ended up needing a new system, but they had us up and cooling by the time I got home on Wednesday. They even installed new ductwork! Our house hasn’t felt this comfortable in years!

I have (4) AC units, two in our home and two in our storage barn. Last year I had a unit that was not coming on and when I called they scheduled a crew to come out that day and fixed it quickly. I recently wanted all units to be checked and serviced. I called and they sent a crew out the next day. They were clean, very efficient and found no issues, but did service all 4 for less than $600, I've paid that much for two units in the past. They also do duct cleaning and I'll be scheduling that soon.

I personally was not there. I was on call with the Technician. The tech was a great guy, good at his job and respectful. Got the heat back on at my parents house, which 2 other technicians couldn't accomplish. Great company, great teams. Will be calling on them again for future work.

I am so pleased with my 2 Carrier units, their warranties and the service I receive to keep them in good order. All of their employees are available, punctual, very professional and spend a great deal of time assuring that their customers are satisfied with their work. A+ rating in my opinion.
