Contacted the company 10/29/24 about a/c issues. Received great customer service. Came to my home 10/30 and was prompt and courteous. Zack did an outstanding job explaining and correcting the issue!!!! Definitely will retain their services again!!!! Thank you Zack and team!!!!

My heat went out and Shawn and Zack where able to come out same day and fixt the problem. They were amazing at finding the problem and getting it fixed. They had a Great attitude and kept a conversation while fixing the problem. We also got it at a cheaper price and that's always a good thing. Thank you Zack and Shawn.

Awesome experience from the moment I called James Edwards at Integrity Services for help with our air conditioner. He explained in detail our options. We decided to replace our old air conditioner to a newer more energy efficient unit. We are elated with the outcome of the results. It made a huge difference in our energy usage. The entire team at Integrity is extremely professional and honest. Integrity is a very fitting name for this company.

The guys came out in a very timely manner, they were super kind and respectful! They were quick and made sure they didn’t leave until my ac was running and cooling! They gave me tips on how to take care of my unit! I will definitely be using them again!!

We were having cooling problems with our a/c at home .i called Integrity services of Texas they sent someone out to check it out , the technician they sent out was a young man named Zach very professional . Zach told me everything he was doing , come to find out we were low on Freon . Zach charged the unit stayed and made sure it was working properly. A1 service in my opinion will not hesitate to call Integrity again very professional work as well as the people who works there. Thanks again David Hogle

I called late in the afternoon and James came the next day. He took the time to explain all of our options. He is friendly and professional. Our unit was old so we had it replaced with a heat pump. When James was aware that my 88 year old mother lives there, he made sure to get it installed the next day. I recommend this company.

James (the owner) came out to check our a/c unit, we were using another company and they seemed to think our problem was just the hot Texas weather. James informed us that no, the unit was NOT working properly and gave us an option for repair. We live off the grid and the old unit would drain our batteries almost every night, a lot of the time leaving us no choice but to run our backup generator to make up the difference! Not efficient! He an I talked about the option of putting in a new high efficiency unit! And Whoa!! This new unit runs at probably half or less the power! We are on day three and have yet to use the backup gen!! Amazing!! Integrity is the BEST! Professional, on time, pricing is fair! And they do what they say!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Shawn technician with Integrity Services of Texas is such a pleasure to work with. I manage a commercial building with 80 roof top units and these guys are professional, punctual and efficient. The company was very quick to come out and troubleshoot the problem. Ended up needing a new unit and they were great to work with. Shawn and Kenneth were kind and respectful and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend!

Both of our units went out and we called a guy from Palestine. He used our freon to fill it up and said it should last at least a year. He also replaced the fan with an aftermarket fan in the compressor unit outside. 3 days later it quit blowing cold air as the leak must have been more than he thought. They were very polite and said that they would get back with me on a price to replace them. A month passed and I never heard a word. I had a service business in Dallas for years and always followed up at least with a phone call. I was hesitant but then called the company in Athens that originally put the units in 24 years ago. They didn't do that great of an install then as they didn't run the condensation line and it leaked on the ceiling downstairs and on the furniture. They never sent anyone out to fix it. I called them anyway and the guy came out and gave me a bid of $23000 to replace 2 units. I went looking on maps for another company and found this company with a 5 star review on every one of his reviews. I called them up and they came right out and gave me a price a whole lot less then Cole in Athens. We scheduled a time and they came out and installed both units in 1 day. However I noticed the same problems as the original installation with the company in Athens as the downstairs ceiling was getting water. I called James and he sent a guy right out that discovered an o-ring was missing. That was repaired. The next thing he did was call a painter to come out and take care of the ceiling. Now you cannot tell anything ever happened. If you have air conditioning or heating problems I cannot recommend these folks enough. I guarantee you will not be unhappy and you will be very satisfied. OH THESE UNITS BLOW TWICE AS HARD AS THE OLD ONES. FANTASTIC!!

When our old AC unit went out, I called Integrity. James(owner) was very informative with everything. He gave me a very reasonable price for a Ducane Unit and two mini splits. He even scheduled for the next morning. The crew arrived in a professional manner and installed all units in the same day. They were even courteous having to deal with all my dogs in the process.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Integrity Air Conditioning. My AC line was clogged, and my inside unit needed a thorough cleaning. James and Shawn came over the very next day after I called. They were professional, friendly, and efficient, quickly fixing the problem and ensuring everything was in perfect working order. We called Integrity to come replace our 25+ year old unit. James came out and explained that we needed a new unit and gave us a great price that we felt was fair. He also recommended to move our outside unit from the backyard to the front yard in order to make it last longer. I really enjoyed that he took his time to explain what was going on and his honesty.

His crew came the next work day on time, were efficient, polite, and hardworking. Our house has never felt better- I highly recommend Integrity!
