James and his crew did a fantastic job installing our new Roll Door. This is the second job he has done for us - great work - great communication!!

Andrew was our technician. He came out we established we needed a new unit. After it got installed there was a setting that was programmed wrong. Andrew came out at 6 PM on a Friday night stayed till the issue was corrected several hours later making sure everything was completely right. He went above and beyond. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable. Everyone we dealt with through this process was helpful and would recommend using them for your needs.

We are very pleased with Reese air. Everything was very straight forward and honest . Matt and the crew worked hard for over 12 hours straight getting our new unit installed. Communication was excellent and pricing was fair. I appreciated that there was no trying to up sale us anything but gave us plenty of options with no pressure. Our whole experience was great and we will definitely be using this company for all our air/heat needs.

I couldn't be happier with the maintenance service I received today. Very thorough check of the system and Andrew was very courteous and professional. Seems the office has a good follow up and communication setup as well. I can definitely see myself reaching out to them in the future.

Minimum charge is $230 to come out for any length of time (trip fee plus 1 hour of labor). I had a tenant with a tripped breaker - 20 minutes to flip the breaker and make sure it stayed on. Quality of work is fine, but I will be researching minimum charge next time I send someone out.

Until now, Kaufman County always had scummy and scammy air conditioning companies. These guys found the leak, which appears to have been deliberately caused by the previous years of scummy "service". It is now fixed it and the air is working great. So stay away from the big name AC companies in Kaufman and hire this one, you will not be disappointed.

Matt was super helpful! He was thorough, explained everything to me fully. He and his crew were friendly and personable and made me feel extremely comfortable with the entire situation. They replaced my system, they got me on the schedule really quick and they did great work while saving me money as well. They were honest and I will use them for all my air conditioning needs if they continue to conduct business as they have been. I've dealt with this company twice and both times I've been very impressed and pleased.

This is one of the most honest companies I have done business with. They went above and beyond the expectations I had on a response time. An estimate was promptly forwarded. After work was performed we were genuinely pleased.

Reese Air sent out a tech promptly to assess my problem. He found that a part was needed and ordered it immediately, and then he fixed the issue promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend Reese Air Services!

Chase came out to replace my thermostat he was on time great customer service explained how to use the thermostat and also gave me information about twice a year maintenance. I will be calling again in the future

I finally realizedi can't leave two separate reviews because its for the company not the individual techs. Both Matt andJacob are the best and also my real heroes... professional, knowledgeable and kind.... Jacob showed up the next morning 8 am to complete the job of getting my AC up to snuff that Matt began the night before. So dependable! May God's blessings be upon this company and all its personnel! They were genuinely concerned about my health in the heat. In going to start having them out every year to run traps for ongoing maintenance. I say YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY! I THANK GOD ALMIGHTY FOR THEM!

I used 2 other AC services before I found Reese Air. Reese technicians are very competent in diagnosis and support the customer by arguing with the vendor (heat pump by Carrier) for warranty coverage. They show up when they say they will and are prompt and courteous. Highly recommend.

We were so thankful for Andrew. He was in charge of the crew that replaced our AC. As you know, this is a big job with lots of people. They had to be on our roof and inside two closets. Not one time did we feel like our space was invaded. They explained everything they needed to do and why.
We have an older home and it’s not made for the bigger units. So they figured out how to make it work. Not one time did Andrew or his crew complain. I knew they had to be hungry. It’s a week later and our system is working great. They even sent Chris back to check on it. Andrew is very professional, he made sure our carpet and home was protected. We knew what was going on at all times. He took time to give us information about the unit and how to work the thermostat.
Reese Air has great crews. It was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended) from a lot of companies in Dallas that want to get you in and out. Thank you guys!!!

Talk about great service! Of your looking for someone that has great prices with Finace options and will get the job done right this is the place to come. Matt is was very knowledgeable and professional the last ac company that came only wanted to sell me a whole system told me that was my only real option Matt found the problem which was only $500 to fix way better than 15k for a new unit. I def recommend this company.
