Absolute Air was out last week for the first scheduled follow-up visit (New AC unit) and I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

They called and arranged appointment and were here on time. The Tech was here for over an hour checking the unit in the attic and the outside compressor unit. Keep in mind this is a free 6 month follow-up after installing a new unit.

Everything was in working order.

I recommend Absolute Air. They are not the least expensive, but they are reliable, sell quality equipment and their work has always been top notch.

Absolute Air has given proper maintenance to my HVAC system (which is very old too!). I've been very happy with the service. Mike is very responsive and answers every question I have to make sure the unit runs like it's supposed to.

I AM SO HAPPY TO GET MY SYSTEM BACK WORKING AGAIN, THE TECHNICIAN SCOTT WAS GREAT!! HE TOOK THE TIME TO TELL ME WHAT HE HAS TO DO TO REPAIR IT.! I WILL BE CALLING "ABSOLUTE AIR" AGAIN FOR ANY A/C MAINTENANCE

Love how caring and personal the staff is at Absolute Air. Whenever we have issues like AC going out, we come home from work on a day it’s 108 degrees outside they have a tech come out within an hour of us calling and reporting, even though it’s after 5pm and the techs are just trying to get home themselves or already home. Their care , concern and commitment to customer service does not go unappreciated!

Scott Just Finished My Summer System Performance Report And My System Passed. My Service Tech. Scott Will Return In Oct. & Insure My System Is Ready For The Winter Season. Amber is great working with our busy home schedule, I love the customer service she gives, makes me feel like I'm family. I like the fact that Absolute Air calls me to schedule the seasonal maintenance for our unit. Before a scheduled appointment I receive a text with a picture of the Technician, which makes me feel comfortable. We had to switch A/C companies a few years back as our favorite had been bought out and moved out of the area. We found Absolute Air in a quick google search as well as a couple others. A talk with one of Absolute’s receptionists had me feeling pretty confident in their company. We have only had to have them out for maintenance twice a year, but the mechanics/technicians that come out are friendly and take great care of our machines! This is a company that genuinely cares for their customers!

I love Absolute Air! I purchased the maintenance agreement for the second year and they were out this morning checking my HVAC system for summer. They are always very helpful and professional. It is so nice knowing I have a company to call if an emergency happens. Thank you Absolute Air!

When we decided to get our air conditioner redone after 2 years of window unit i wasn't sure who to trust. I got several quotes and but Absolute Air was my last quote. The salesman Daniel was fantastic. Super knowledgeable and friendly but as a fellow salesman he knew how to take care of us.
