Absolute Air answered my frenzied phone call the day before a holiday, and had a technician to our home the same day! We were sent a text with the technician's (Mike) picture when he was on his way. Mike listened very patiently while we explained our weeklong troubleshooting saga, and had us fixed up very quickly. This company was a recommendation from a neighbor, and we will definitely recommend them to Anyone in the future! A big thank you to Amanda, Mike and the rest of the staff at Absolute Air!

I am beyond grateful for Absolute Air! Our technician (Daniel) was incredibly professional and so kind. He definitely knew what he was doing and putting my trust in him was effortless. He fixed my AC within about an hour; and that’s after I had a different company come the day before and tried to convince me to buy a whole new unit.
Their receptionist (Amber) was also so sweet and got me an appointment for the very next morning.
I’ll definitely be recommending Absolute Air to everyone!

Our air conditioner went out on one of the hottest days so far here in May and from the time we called to the time the serviceman came out was surprisingly quick. Mike had our unit up and running in no time. He also explained exactly what happened. Thank you Absolute Air for your timely response and for knowing we’re in good hands.

I’m not someone who writes reviews. However, if a man can come to your door as the owner of the company at your house and tell you there was a mistake and then take responsibility and apologize for it why looking you in the eye and say “whatever the problem is we are going to fix it today no matter what” that’s a man and a dang high measure of one. He himself, the owner and 2 of his employees worked from sun up till pretty much sun down until they solved the issue and then took it a step further and came down again (himself) to ask if it was solved and then sent another technician to double check everything for measure.

Keep in mind this is a man eating labor on his own guys for the whole day just to make sure me the customer was taken care of because “we don’t treat our customers poorly”

That speaks volumes of not only the business but the man.

As long as John owns this company I’ll never look elsewhere for any services.

Technician Scott M. was great. Great personality and very informative. Took time to explain my system and how it works. Provided outstanding customer service. Absolute Air has always provided this kind of service. After my first encounter with Absolute I happily purchased a maintenance agreement because of the customer service. Since then I refered 3 different people who have each purchased an MP.

I have used Absolute Air for many years. Over the years have had several different techs out for all different reasons. Scott outshines all of them. His commitment to making sure things are perfect when he leaves is second to none. He is a great asset for you company. Amanda is also an awesome employee. Very quick to get you the help you need.

Fast friendly service. My tech was very knowledgeable and kept me informed along the way. It was a challenge to locate my leak but they didn’t give up.

I have used Absolute Air for years. Recently I have had a few problems with one of my ACs. Each time it was a different problem. Absolute Air were quick to send out techs each time to get it repaired. Jeromy and Mike are both knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Customer service from the front desk all the way to the owner is top notch.

Absolute Air has been great! They work with our schedule for maintenance appointments and are quick yet thorough with their work. And their service agreements ensure you have a quick response if anything ever goes wrong with your a/c system.

The phone representative was we'll spoken and very helpful. She was able to arrange a technician within the hour.
The service technician showed up and his presentation was better than ive previously expected. He not only spent ample time to troubleshoot the issue, but was also very kind and spent time to explain his reasons for coming up with a solution. I felt so positive about the experience, I reached back out to the phone representative to insure the company know how positive of an experience id had and complement them on their service technician. I will absolutely call again with any hvac concerns. 5 stars is not enough, 10 is more like it.

So far so good. Guys were able to work with my schedule and got the work done. Absolute was my second opinion after the first company wanted to replace my entire system and have me join their monthly service contract.

Once again - outstanding service! Absolute Air came out to conduct my spring service a week or so ago. The service agent was on time, super nice (he's been here before), and worked quickly without leaving any clean up.

Scott was awesome! He took the time to diagnose the problem with our AC and explained our options. Amanda in the office was able to send us help within a couple hours knowing our AC was out and we hit 101 outside. Great communication and company.

Prompt response to my service call. He was courteous. I asked him to call my son who was a Navy Nuclear Electrician because my son had some questions. He wasn't offended that I asked him him to do that. My son was satisfied that the technician was knowledgeable and skilled. They promptly scheduled the repairs as soon as the part came in. I am satisfied and will recommend.

Good morning! I had my ducts cleaned yesterday by Absolute Air with technicians Jayden and Johnny. They did a fabulous job. They removed the vents, cleaned them and put them back on after the job was done. I was so surprised at the pictures they provided, before and after the job was completed. What a difference! They worked nonstop and completed the job expeditiously. They cleaned up beautifully after the job. A job well done!!

Love Absolute Air. They are always communicative, easy to schedule/reschedule, and the techs have been professional. Will continue to use!

Hollie did a great job sizing up the requirements for the job and I believe she recommended the best option for the job. Oscar and his team did a fantastic job on the install. They went above and beyond to do it right. Very pleased with the end result. Absolute Air has a great team all around from start to finish. Would strongly recommend!
