Reese Air, on time and professional they sent tech Jacob out respectful young man . Definitely recommend.

Called Reese Air Services for an urgent commercial cooler running warm. Phone was promptly answered, and concern was noted, information was taken, and Matt was dispatched to us. He arrived sooner than expected and immediately started to diagnose the issue. Within 15 mins he had the issue identified with a plan to address it. In 30-45 mins the issue was completely resolved, after other technicians from other companies failed to address it. Reese Air Services will be my go to for business services from now on.

Matt and crew installed a new A/C unit in our home, they were all totally professional and did a great job. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the cost and the workmanship. Would recommend them to anyone needing A/C work.

These guys are fast, efficient, professional and on time ! I was looking on Google and these wonderful guys popped up I called them thinking the restaurant would flood before I they even arrived. That’s absolutely not what happened they took one look weren’t in the building not even 5 minutes and knew what the problem was and fixed it asap customers were not getting soaked or trickled on anymore and I was happy I’m still boasting about them employees are happy as well they couldn’t believe how fast they were! Jacob is the best he was so kind and curtious he came out to the house for an a.c. check had we had some minor issues he fixed the repairs in a timely manor but most of all was very honest thank so much plus it helped he had came out to our residence before so he was familiar with our older unit please give this young man a shoutout .

Reese Air has awesome customer service people and very friendly and experienced technicians. Anytime I've had to call, they've had a tech at my door in a very short time period and they keep you informed as to what's wrong and what needs to be done and the cost, etc. I would recommended Reese ONLY to anyone with new ac sales or ac repair needs.

Excellent company to do business with....I felt very comfortable with their staff and with their competence. They complete the job in a short amount of time and have you ac working as quickly as possible. Also the General Manager comes and checks everything out after the job is completed and addresses any issues you have quickly. I fully recommend this company to anyone that needs a new ac or repair. They also can have your ducts cleaned for you.

I called needing a technician over the course of this ice storm and he came as soon as he could. He got me fixed up, came back when I had questions and was so understanding of my concerns and was very responsive in getting everything taken care of. He was knowledgeable and on top of it. Reese air services responded very quickly. Jacob, service technician, arrived the same day and quickly assessed what was needed with our AC system. He ordered the part needed while here, which I’m sure was not simple to find because the system is old and our problem was effectively resolved. We recently had them install a whole new system for our home. Our old unit was working great but decided to upgrade for better efficiency. We were sold on them for their great reputation nit so much on price because anybody can sell you on price but we wanted the peace of mind on service. We'll we were blown away at their outstanding service and attention to details.
