Zack came out and installed two mini splits did a beautiful job going above and beyond to make sure it not only ran great but looked great and got everything set up for me. Very appreciative for the fast and efficient service from this company!

The expectations, knowledge and customer service provided by Richard Fuentes and the staff located in Kaufman TX leaves you totally satisfied! My mother's ( a senior citizen) Air conditioning stopped working. She called Integrity Services and from the moment she called the service they provided doing everything possible to resolve the problem in one day making sure she had her air conditioner working! If that is not customer service! Wow! Now a days customer service is not what it used to be like before......I highly recommend them. I have lived in my home for over 30 years and I originally contacted them a few years ago to start looking at my old unit because the previous company was no longer available and it was on its last leg. They took care of my unit and my family in the hottest and busiest times of the year. They have always had someone out there the same day I've called and have been prompt and helpful and offer the best service possible.

I am so happy they installed my new unit and I can't wait to feel the better air quality and lower electric bills.
James Edwards (owner) always returns my calls and has someone out to my house the day I have called. He was so patient and kind on the phone explaining all the detailed information on different units and pricing options and offering his suggestions from his experience.

The crew Ron, Zac, Shawn and Kenneth were so professional and hard working and clean. My parents are elderly and don't usually like people in and out of the house but they were so diligent and focused on the task at hand they didn't seem to mind.

I could go on and on about all the good things about this company but I don't have enough space here.

I filled out the online form after business hours and to my surprise got a callback quickly. Scheduled service for the next morning and the tech , Marcial, was on-time and efficient. Had the issue diagnosed. Needed a hard to get part so we did sit in some heat for a couple days but once the part was in hand, Marcial came back and had us cooling off quickly. Great service. While sweating, I looked up the price of the part and searched many websites for prices for the service and Integrity was on the lower end of the averages I saw. Will do business with them again.

Highly recommend Integrity Services of Texas for your heating & cooling needs! Our AC went out during the hottest month of the year and with a quick call James showed up within an hour or so and got the AC up and running in no time! We were so thankful for the quick service, especially on a Sunday when we feared no one would show! We will always trust Integrity with our Heating & Cooling needs. Life-long customers here!

Integrity services is a 5 star company. I called them on a Friday night after 8p and left a message. I didn't expect a call back that late. The owner james called back and then came out. Our house was very hot. He fixed our ac in about 30 mins. He is professional and very reasonable. I will recommend them to everone.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Integrity Services of Texas. James came out to inspect our ducts after another contractor had left issues unresolved. Not only did they not charge us for the diagnostic visit, but they also provided a very reasonable quote to fix our ductwork, return vents, and install a float switch to prevent overflow. The team completed all the work within our requested timeframe. Afterward, we encountered a problem with our heat pump not producing heat. Don promptly called us, and with Shawn's help on-site, they identified the issues stemming from previous work by another contractor. Shawn efficiently replaced the defrost control panel and reconfigured our system to operate correctly as a heat pump. Their honesty, reliability, and commitment to their initial quote left us extremely satisfied. We will definitely rely on Integrity Services of Texas for all our HVAC needs in Kaufman County moving forward.

James came out in the freezing cold on a Saturday morning to fix my parent’s heating unit. I highly recommend Integrity Services to anyone needing HVAC work or repair. And I don’t say that about just anyone.

When the team arrived, they were the picture of politeness! So quiet in the house- no music playing or anything- and were very courteous. They worked hard and when they were done they walked us through everything they did and gave us tips on how to upkeep the system. No mess left behind either, they truly left the place better than they found it!

We had mold in our unit & AC space. Integrity services of Texas got all the old, rotten stuff out, built everything back up new in that room, replaced & re-covered the return space, put new coverings on all the wood/walls so it can’t happen again plus installed a completely new, more efficient system with more space so the unit can breathe too 🙌

They worked non-stop for 5 days, making sure it was all done correctly, without missing a single spot or detail. Our son has leukemia and recently had fungal pneumonia so this made a huge difference for us!

Jacob came and took real good care of us, he was polite, awesome person got my air running like new.

Andrew was very efficient and knowledgable. He fixed my air conditioner in no time as well as gave me hints to assist a longer life of my unit. I am very pleased and the price was very fair.

Reese air has done it again. Inside unit started rattling , Chris stopped by and within minutes had everything running perfectly.

James and his helper arrived on time and went to work immediately. They were very professional and since they were going to be welding they covered things with a fire blanket for protection. My new garage door and opener work perfectly i could not ask for better service. I highly recommend this company.

Our Department has had the best experience with this company. From the office staff to the field techs. They have always responded to our needs, especially for emergency calls.
