I am absolutely am amazed by all around AC. Call them at 8:30 on a Friday night and within 30 minutes of David being here we had AC again, thanks to David! Wonderful customer Service. I highly recommend all around AC they are great!

All a round is such a good family company, Colby fixed our AC quickly, the installers are fantastic, Miguel and Jaylin Both! David is awesome! And the ladies in the office Nina and Helen are so nice and very understanding to the customers needs! And the owners Mike and LeChrista are wonderful people!! I will definitely be using all a round for all of my AC/heating needs and suggesting them to all of our family and friends!

Technician Colby came in within the timeframe given. Very professional and helpful during the whole process and explained everything in detail. He was super knowledgeable in the questions and concerns we had as well. He didn’t try to charge for extra things or parts that weren’t needed. Very satisfied with his work and recommend him and this company 1000%.

Update: adding in that fifth star. Excellent service and we believe we have figured out the issue, which appears to be environmental and unrelated to the install. Great company, great people. You should use them!

I probably can’t say enough about the services of All Around AC, but I will do my best here. Our AC went out late Friday night and we called them early Saturday for help. Serviceman David Powers arrived quickly from Wills Point and went to work quickly. He realized what the issue was and took care of it quickly and we were so blessed. It’s working well again and for seniors that is a major,

I’ve been relying on All Around AC to keep my house appropriately cool and warm depending on the season. Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional.i have a maintenance plan that I pay per year. They are proactive in reminding me of regular service, and if there are problems as there sometimes are, they repair units quickly and at a reasonable cost.

Michael Harrison was very informative. Very respectable and nice. Explained everything to us and offered ways to help with an issue we have in the attic. Very quick to get it done. Michael came and did our consultation. Very knowledgeable and knew how to get our AC system installed in our older home to have to running in tip top shape. Installation crew came out and did a great job. Answered questions while working and were a pleasure to deal with. Even tackled a couple of tasks that needed done with no issues or complaints. Out of 8 companies I called at 9pm on a Sunday, this was the only one a real person from THE company (not a call center) answered. Colby drove out and had our AC back running (dead capacitor) just under 90 minutes after I called. That's customer service I'll gladly recommend!

All Around did what they said they would do. I received a notification letting me know the technician was on his way and was right on time. Jon was very polite and professional. He performed a thorough inspection of the entire system and changed out my filter for me. As always, we are very satisfied with the office staff and technicians at All Around.
