First time signing up with Buffalo Outdoor for lawn service. All I have to say is their customer service and their lawn service has been excellent. The 1-2 weeks feedback email/how’s your experience really shows they want to earn your business .Overall really happy with service.

Julius is an outstanding tech. He is very detailed oriented and takes time to do a terrific job spraying for mosquitoes. As an added bonus, he is friendly and helpful. Julius always provides us with first class customer service.

The technician who applied the service on my lawn did a wonderful job. His name was John.

First cut is always at my home when they said they will be there and always did a full job. I use them for mowing and weed control and leaf collecting and bush removal and every job was done perfect.

Treavor was polite and friendly. He made sure our pets were indoors before beginning the fertilizer application.

Exceptional company and service. My husband normally cares for our lawn, but was recovering from surgery early this year which required us to temporarily hire a lawn care company. We opted to do 3 rounds of services (weed/feed and mowing) to get us through his recovery, and not only does our lawn look phenomenal, but the Buffalo staff has been so communicative and transparent about the entire process. The pricing is also incredible for the value. Thank you so much, Buffalo!

I have paid for separate weed pulling and each time they have left weeds and did not do the work asked. I have had them call me to apologize and said it would be right next time but it is not done right the next time.
I am hoping it will get better.

It all started great our grass started looking better and they did great with communicating rain delays however, our grass just recently received another treatment and wen’t downhill we’ve been using them all year and our grass is the worst in our block. It has yellow spots and gets cut uneven. Moving to a different company.

Treaver did a great job spreading the weed control mixture on the front lawn, bedding and backyard. He was fast, efficient and quiet.

Communication has been terrible. Service has been awful. They show up at a different time each time, run motors for 10-15 minutes then leave, and the yard still looks unmowed. Had a pre and post emergent placed, and no weeds died. They broke 3 sprinkler heads, and a solar bulb, and no one has fixed anything.

John did an excellent job the day he came out. John thank you for your job. I got the weed control that day.
