The latest project COS removed a dead tree, ground the stump, and disposed of the tree and limps on site. They also trimmed 2 other trees. This was the second project COS did for me. A 3rd project is in the works. That should tell you how much I like what they do!

Coaches removed a pesky crape myrtle tree, replaced a couple of dead bushes and refreshed my mulch in both flowerbeds. They were quick and efficient and I’m looking to use them again soon.

We used Coach’s for our backyard and we loved everything they did. We had some problem areas and some problem puppies. We now have a backyard we can enjoy and be proud of. They were fast and professional. I’d use them again!

We were happy with the lovely black dirt laid down across the scalped lawn before the zoysia grass sod was laid down across the fresh load of dirt. Coaches Outdoor Services was very efficient with the sod installation.

The initial discussion and explanation of services was great. I was told what plants would be used, that they would be staged so we could move things around, etc. and based on others reviews I had no concerns. The day of installation I advised I would be away until 11am and was told that would be ok...they'd still be working when I got home. I was able to "watch" plant removal periodically on my doorbell camera and that happened super quick.

The 3 star review is from a complete lack of a plant staging process (as indicated on original quote/invoice -- see picture) and the choice of plants used. For example, they planted 2 rose bushes next to the walkway...who wants thorny rose bushes next the primary path?? Additionally, I never asked for rose bushes! See attached photos...when these get taller they will be an issue, so I'll be pulling them out soon. I told James (the owner) I didn't want any plants with thorns or points--which is why I had my Juniper bushes pulled out--and he puts rose bushes back in...?? He told me they'd replace the Junipers with a silvery-blue leafed shrub...but supposedly they ran out of those and they put in some standard, small leaf shrub instead.

Shop around, perhaps you'll find someone interested in giving you the landscape YOU WANT, not the leftovers THEY HAVE.

Coaches did a great job of installing new sod and a stone walkway. The team was great to work with. We will definitely use them again when the need arises.
