Highly recommend Coaches Outdoor Services. Jamie and his team were great at communicating and got the job done fast! Large trees trimmed and new sod/grass installed. I will definitely be using them for other projects!

Coach/Jamie and his crew were very professional offering solid customer service and reasonable prices. Explained everything before and during the process. Showed up when they were supposed and were efficient in completing many services over the span of 4 days. Friendly, answers all questions, considers the customers opinion, creative, flexible, and hard working. Would 100% use Coaches again and would 100% recommend them to others!!

Worked with Marco on a front yard landscape design and install, or at least tried to. Coaches was the first of 5 contractors I contacted to give me quotes on the design I wanted. I had a photo of what inspired me and showed it to Marco when he came to my house and I explained in great detail what I was looking for. After our discussion he explained to me his vision and it did not incorporate anything I had requested. I brought that to his attention and he assured me he would design it with the elements I wanted. I thought GREAT that he didn’t initially understand what I wanted but he now understood the elements (large flagstone walkways, blue lily plants, bender board, and mulch) that I wanted included in the design and would make it happen. He told me he would have an estimate and design by next week and the way they work is he will come to my home and go over that with me. Awesome, no problem. One week passed, no word. Two weeks pass no word. Third week I contact him and tell him this isn’t a good look for Coaches. He says sorry it must have slipped his mind. I say can you at least send me the estimate so I can decide if it’s worth continuing work with coaches. I give him my email and he says sure he will send it. I never get it. Then he messages me asking if he can come by to get a better idea of plant placement. I say no problem come by. He never does. Clearly he forgot what I wanted. Never heard from him again. If I were you and I were looking for someone who could grasp a design AND do what they say they are going to do, then I would NOT select Coaches to do the job because they will fail in every way. Especially if they send out Marco, the eternal time waster/

Marco and the team at Coaches Outdoor Services did an outstanding job! From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, Marco was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. The quality of work exceeded our expectations, and the attention to detail really shows. They stayed on schedule, kept the area clean, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. It’s not easy to find a company that combines great customer service with top-notch workmanship, but Coaches Outdoor Services absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend Marco to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality outdoor services.

Lovely people. Beautiful plants. We recently had new landscaping installed in the backyard and it’s absolutely breathtaking. We couldn’t be happier. They were professional respect, respectful on time friendly and fun.

We used Landscape Systems Garden Center to do a full re-landscape of our new home in Southlake and they did a great job! Ariel was very responsive to our needs, and her crew was great to work with. We bought some beautiful pots and gave them free rein to fill with flowers and they were spectacular! They also helped us manage the covering of plants during two recent cold snaps while we were away. Recommend highly!!!

Delivery scheduled day of purchase. Texted me the day before and the morning of delivery. Truck right on time. Reps friendly and helpful!

Went here just to look around at their offerings for the first time. Inside, walking around and my Fiancé turned the corner and was scared half to death by a barking, charging dog. Not contained or watched over.
Another dog followed me around and kept sticking his nose in my rear.
We then went outside and a white Tahoe with company logo and driven by an older gentleman came speeding around the corner, almost ran my fiancé over before realizing we were there. I’d say they narrowly missed two different lawsuits. Oh, plants were underwhelming and a few quite unhealthy.

I bought a crepe myrtle and also had it planted by Landscape Systems. I was very pleased with their work. I have other landscaping needs and will definitely get their thoughts and hire their services again to finish out our landscaping needs.

I really like this place for rustic, almost one of a kind pieces. Great for gifts and some decor. They have a little bit of everything from some decor pieces, plants, windchimes, reclaimed wood pieces, and plants!

We had the best experience at Landscape Systems Garden Center yesterday. Brian, Ariel and the entire staff helped us tremendously. We are looking to do some major changes and they were experts and helped us get some fabulous new Yucca's that will make our home look Awesome!

I love this nursery, this place is like visiting family. Everyone here is SO nice, and they always have an amazing selection of plants at fair prices. I also go here to pick up my fox farm products, this nursery really is a one stop shop for everything garden related. Even if you don’t buy something you can just stop in for good conversation and cute dogs, so happy to have found this garden center!!

Came in for help on a tree in our yard. After being greeted by three adorable labs, I met with someone immediately and they were so graciously kind and beyond helpful!! 12/10 recommend

I love this place! They have a huge assortment of flowers and plants. I never leave disappointed. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of working with Vickie. She was so kind and helpful and went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be back soon.

Always a great experience. I recently purchased several large rustic pots planted with succulents, so many compliments. They always have an outstanding selection of plants, shrubs and trees.

***UPDATE*** It is very interesting how your employees are not offering the full story. There was never an insinuation that we are a landscaping company however, we are a farm and require supplies for irrigation and apiculture. (This is the technical term for beekeeping) Both of which you sell. 2 points not addressed in your rebuttal. 1)...there was zero information on my application that required me to be a landscaper. If there has been, I never would have filled out the form ... 2)......we are tax exempt and you made a copy of our county card. Your girls should have more courage in explaining the full story. You have my number if you would like to discuss any further .....

I would like to start this review stating that this business has a beautiful visual model. The site is very well maintained and the inventory is well taken care of.

With that said, the customer service behind the desk is unacceptable. I arrived on Monday to review inventory for expanding our family farm. I filled out a business application and waited the allotted time for approval. Upon returning 5 days later we were told our application was denied because we didn't have a FB business page. Had the person behind the desk taken 2 seconds to ask me on Monday, I would have gladly shown them our FB page. But they didn't. She was insistent that we had to pay full price for the products we choose and they would further review our application for next time.

Forgetting the fact that we are registered with Denton County as a DBA AND have an AG exemption card. The 2 women behind the desk (one blonde and one brunette) had no interest in creating valuable customers. We have watched this company grow for 20 years . So very sad that they hire incompetent employees that cannot make mature customer service decisions.

There was no one available to show us to the products we were looking for except the tall young man who was busy eating his Chick fila breakfast. But he did point us to the area it was in. WOW.

We met with Randy in the driveway as he helped us load our products and we expressed our frustrations. He was kind to listen and we appreciate his concerns.

We drove 40 minutes to get here. We won't be back.

Way way better than another local company I had the displeasure of doing business with. These guys were respectable and I'd do business with again. I was offered a free $2,500 tree after an unfortunate incident with another local company, (from the valley of the entity that orbits Earth. ) (Awful!) And still turned them down and went here and these guys. My new tree looks great! Thanks guys all around! Come shop here!

Our HOA has used Landscape Systems for the majority of our tree maintenance and landscape enhancements in our 9+ acres of common area. They are thorough, professional , and always go above and beyond to deliver high quality service and product. The landscape installations are well conceived, filled with quality materials, and mature to give long lasting enjoyment to our residents. Great company and people !

Reached out online regarding some shrubs we had purchased that had died and asked about their warranty. Initially I got a couple of emails asking some questions about when the were purchased and how they were watered. After we provided the answers, the emails stopped and we never got an answer if there was any sort of warranty as our shrubs were only 2 months old.

They have the best plants & trees in the area. Very large assortment and lots to choose from. Their prices are on the higher side, so if you are extremely budget conscious, probably not the place for you. The only reason I gave them a 3-Star was due to a misquote. I paid for everything then realized they charged a higher fee to deliver than I was quoted. Pointed it out and the clerk and she was quick to tell me that If I did not want delivery, they would charge a fee to refund it back. Rather smugly! She seemed to enjoy pointing at something and stating "It is clearly posted that there is a processing fee on any refund". Seemed like to me it was their mistake and should have taken care of it. Just be aware of this.
