Patriot Pool and Spa company is very responsible, friendly, and professional. Our pool tech, Ethan, replicates the company completely. He is very responsive and takes care of issues immediately and does requests consistently (i.e. putting our pool vacuum in our swim lane). I highly recommend Patriot Pool as your pool care company.

Patriot Pool has been doing a great job keeping our pool clean especially removing lots of falling leaves in the fall. Jaqwan, the service tech, always making sure traps, baskets are clean and equipment pumps are working properly. We appreciate his efforts.

We recently switched from another company that was doing a terrible job. We were spending a little less per service with the previous company, and ended up paying more because of their lack of communication and knowledge. Because of this, we called around to a few places and ended up choosing Patriot Pool because of their responsiveness, their willingness to teach us (this is our first time having a pool, and we had no idea what to expect), and their experience.

After the service is completed, they send out an email containing all the information of who cleaned the pool, what time they were there, what they did, and they include pictures. It's great knowing that the pool is being well taken care of and that we don't need to worry about if they'll show up or not.

If you're looking for a pool company, call Patriot. You'll get peace of mind and a beautifully kept pool.

Adequate pool cleaning services. However, they will bill you on a regular basis for chemical treatment to bring the water to a perfect state. It becomes very expensive very quickly.

Poor pool repair capabilities. Unresponsive management. If you have issues that require repairs, you will need to find a different provider.

Patriot Pool has been managing our pool for a while and was one of the best decisions we made. Tristin, our tech, shows up every week and makes sure all our chemicals are in balance and the pool is ready for use. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for help with pool.

Our pool tech Thad Foust always does a great job on our pool. He is very personable and makes sure to answer any questions we might have. The office staff are also great in addressing any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend. Great experience!

I called Patriot to help fix a leak and they came out quickly. Brandon let me know he was on his way and was able to quickly find the leak and get it repaired in no time. Brandon is very knowledgeable and happily answered other questions I had. I appreciated that and will call again when I need anything else. Thanks again and highly recommend them to anyone in need!

Blake has been absolutely fantastic to work with. He’s always been such a great help with making sure my pool is well taken care of. He’s super responsive and manages his team well. We’ve also been very pleased with our technician, Isaac, with maintaining our pool on a weekly basis.

We researched and called Patriot Pool & Spa because after we took off our winter pool cover, our pool was in bad shape. Blake from Patriot came out the same day we called. He was very knowledgeable and solved our pool issue that day. It was a huge relief to know our pool will be swim ready! After many years of trying to maintain the pool ourselves we feel confident in turning that task over to Patriot Pool & Spa. We would highly recommend them and their entire team.

We have a 20+ year old (obsolete) pool heater that went out almost 2 years ago. We don’t have the budget to replace it, so I called a few repair companies but each one said it’s unfixable and needs replacing… then I found Patriot Pool and Spa; their service supervisor Jeff diagnosed the problems and personally sought out and located many discontinued parts, then installed them himself. Now the heater works as it should, at a fraction of what a new heater would cost!!

My experience with Patriot Pool & Spa has been A+++ from start to finish — the level of customer service is above and beyond (thank you Jeff), and I highly recommend any pool owner in the area to contact them for ANY pool service you might need. You won’t regret it!

Our pool technician, Jaqwan Wright, does such a great job with our pool. He is very friendly, dependable, communicates everything he is doing, and is very patient with our 2 energetic dogs that are sometimes outside when he comes. We have been using patriot pool and spa for about four months now, and we are very happy with their service!

Patriot Pool & Spa has been our weekly pool service provider for years. Blake A. is our tech. He’s GREAT! Always friendly, reliable and trustworthy. It’s important to me to know and trust who is in my backyard. Our pool always look sparkly clean.

Water feature was not working, so I called the repair dept on Saturday. Josh answered and was great! He looked up our equipment and was able to tell us how to fix the valve setting. All good now, thanks to Josh!

I have used Patriot Pool & Spa for 2 years and they have always provided me impeccable service. Anytime I have a question or concern they respond immediately. I find them to be highly dependable and responsive. Most importantly my pool and spa are always clean and safe to swim in. Brittany is our Pool Technician and she is fabulous. When the weather is bad and I have concerns I can call their after hours tech line and I they respond right away to answer my questions.

What I love the most is that every week that they service me Brittany immediately emails me a report of what she has done and it details chemicals added and when its safe to swim that day after the chemicals are added. I also get a photo of my pool showing how clean it is.

Moved to another pool service to save on the monthly cost and we returned to Patriot Pools!
Our tech, Thad, is always friendly, patient with my pool inquiries and thorough on the weekly maintenance. When the pool sweep disappeared one week after service, I reviewed our weekly service report and found Thad noted the pool sweep was taken in for service. His attention to detail, leaving the sweeper hose neatly rolled out of site, was impressive.
The level of service and proactive communication Patriot Pools provides is unmeasurable to any service we have experienced. This is worth every extra dollar spent! Thank you Patriot Pools!
