I have been using Pacific Pools for the past 2 years and I have been consistently impressed with their service, specially by our current technician Brittany. She always arrives on time and is thorough in cleaning my pool, leaving it sparkling clean and ready for use. Not only she is efficient and professional, but she also takes the time to answer any questions I have about maintaining my pool. I appreciate her attention to detail and her commitment to ensuring that my pool is always in the best condition possible. Overall, I highly recommend Pacific Pools and Brittany for anyone in need of reliable and high-quality pool cleaning services.

Have really enjoyed working with Patriot Pool & Spa on our pool care. Everyone we’ve worked with has been extremely knowledgeable and professional - particularly Van and Blake A. They listened to all our questions and concerns and have addressed them. Very thorough and meticulous in their approach and work. We have used Patriot Pool and Spa for many many years to take care of our pool and it is always sparkling clean after Kaleb, our technician, leaves. We feel confident that Kaleb and all the staff at Patriot Pool and Spa will take care of any maintenance issues we have with our pool, and also perform regular maintenance (cleaning filters, etc) without us having to worry about it. They always bring things to our attention and are great at fixing any problems. Highly recommend this company if you want a worry free situation with your pool cleanings and maintenance.

They are like family. My Tech, Thad does a great job on weekly service. Mike has been doing my equipment maintenance and installed a new heater and pump over the years. Andrew does a great job with my filter cleaning.

We bought our new house just 6 month ago and our pool quickly turned deep green. We tried to save it ourselves but couldn’t. We got quotes from multiple places and Patriot was most reasonably priced so we went with them. Once Blake A. and his crew from Patriot Pool took over, they turned our pool crystal clear just in 4 days and I called it a miracle. It was amazing and couldn’t be happier than what they have done! Ever since, our pool is always clean and I am happy with their services :)

Patriot pools has been cleaning our pool for almost ten years. They always do an excellent job and address any concerns we may have. Ethan has been cleaning our pool for a while and he does a great job!! He is always friendly and helpful if I have any questions. If he sees any issues with the pool or the equipment, he lets us know immediately. The pool always looks great when he is done!

Patriot pools has literally saved our pool! Unfortunately over the summer we had a very bad experience with a pool contractor who installed our pool. After leaving us high & dry with multiple issues, we hired patriot pools. They started by getting our chemical levels correct and went above any beyond to make sure they figured out what was wrong. After that, one of the techs came out and fixed multiple issues we had with the electrical and the install of our equipment. I am especially appreciative for Nathan. His communication and transparency about everything with our pool has been amazing. I am so thankful we found patriot pools! I would recommend them to all my family & friends! You get what you pay for, and patriot is top notch.

We are going into our 3rd season with Patriot Pool and they may be the best service contractor we’ve ever had. Matt is our technician and that guy really gets it. He treats our pool like it’s his pool, you can tell he cares about his work. They have done minor repairs for us and their pricing is fair and the work was completed quickly. They are a fantastic company to do business with.

Brandon with Patriot Pool and Spa was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was also very timely and responded the day that I called in. My pump had gone out and was smoking, and within a few hours, he was at my house trying to diagnose the problem. He recommended a new variable speed pump and I couldn’t be happier with his installation and consistent communication since that time. I will definitely recommend Patriot Pool & Spa to my friends and family!

Patriot does a great job with our pool. It is well-maintained and seasonal treatments are handled with little fuss on our part. Equipment repairs are done quickly. Our technician, Patrick comes once a week and has done a good job over the past few years he has been with us!

Patriot Pools always notifies me when they are on their way to my home, and also provides me with a detailed report, including photographs, when they are finished. My technicians are always friendly and helpful and answer all of my questions and concerns. On the rare occasion that something goes wrong, the office is very responsive and sends someone out to address the problem promptly. I highly recommend Patriot Pools for pool service.

Professional and very friendly service, great communication, and the pool repairs were done on time. The service techs even followed up with us to make sure our pool was still up and running after the repairs. They even provided video clips for us with detailed explanation!

We have had a great experience with Patriot pool and spa. Everyone has been so knowledgeable and helpful. Brandon replaced our old pool pump, and took the time to explain how all of the equipment works. Daniel comes once a week to clean our pool and always does a great job. He is always willing to take extra time to make sure everything is perfect and the the pool is in top shape. Highly recommended!

Patriot Pool & Spa is exceptional! Patrick handles our weekly maintenance, and his work is outstanding. They document the pool and equipment with before and after photos, compiling everything into a detailed report that's sent following each visit. It's fantastic to receive comprehensive updates on the pool's condition and the maintenance performed. My experience with their service, especially Patrick's, has been wonderful.

Absolutely amazing work by Brandon (once again!). Brandon from Patriot Pools is a Godsend. He’s cleaned the filters, replaced the regulator on the gas heater line, and installed a replacement salt cell for me. He’s fast, knowledgeable, and will always suggest the most effective, low-cost alternative if funds are tight. When he says I could save money by installing an upgraded variable speed pump, I know I’m not being upsold.

Patriot Pools has not only been a great pool service for our maintenance and cleaning, but we are truly treated like valuable customers. From the office personnel to the techs, nothing but class and great service. Jesse, our pool tech, recently had to clean the pool after a huge storm and wind gusts blew a ton of leaves into the pool. I meant to clean out the baskets but had early work meetings.
He made it spotless again, didn’t complain (even though he had every right to), and he even picked up blown over furniture! Little did he know that my husband was out of town and I was barely holding it together! His professionalism mixed with being a very kind human goes a long way with me! Patriot pools helped me out making may fixes on our pool in a short amount of time and taking over the cleaning as well. The prices were reasonable. Everyone I have worked with has been punctual, polite and respectful. I couldn’t be happier.
