House Cleaning reviews in Keller, Texas

First of all, I don't like to write a negative review. But, the service I got yesterday from Ripely made me write this review so that consumers like me can make better decisions. It was a huge mistake to use them for A/C vent and dryer vent cleaning services and pay $1500 for a 2500-square-foot home. I used them because of the 5-star online reviews. They came, used their machine to clean the duct, and left. No picture before or after cleaning, no explanation of what they were doing unless you ask. I bought a gold package($250 more than the basic) with some kind of sanitizing treatment included, which was never done or explained when they did if it was done, as I was watching them all the time. The only suggestion I got was to use a better air filter and that's all. However, when I went to my attic to replace a new air filter on the system, I could easily see the layer of dust everywhere. I even contacted their office and sent the picture with the dirt and dust they left and asked why it was so and their response was "It was very very dirty and how much we cleaned should be good enough for you, it is not a sweep clean service." J And they have the most powerful vacuum to use. Later, I went to the attic with my vacuum, which is not as powerful as theirs(that's why we pay 1500 dollars), and only could reach 2-3 feet around, and was able to vacuum the dust away. However, it was a very small area I could reach. But, this is an example only. They could not take care of the dust and dirt with their most powerful vacuum in that small visible area, so how can I expect the air duct, the tunnel, which is not visible to have cleaned properly? The lady at the office was quick to respond, but I am here to rate the cleaning service. I have posted some pictures I took after they left and also sent them.

Brian did an amazing job with our carpets. We have a cat with a bladder issue and Brian got the urine stains AND smell out of the bedrooms. Very happy with Ripley’s service and Brian’s knowledge and experience, thank you!
