I used Ripley Services for an area rug clean and a sofa clean. They showed up promptly and gave me some good tips for storing my rug/sofa in a storage unit. Knowledgeable and friendly! Would recommend to others.

Ripley Services has provided carpet and floor cleaning for several office locations for me over the last several years, and I have to say without any reservation that this has been a company that is very focused on serving its customers with the highest level of quality work and total customer satisfaction.. The company has been extremely responsive in getting their work sheduled to accomodate our office environment, and their prices have been fairly based and very competitive, and its workers are courteous and highly efficient in carrying out their assigned duties while on our properties.

I would not hesitate at all in recommending Ripley's Services for your floor and restoration cleaning needs. We have been well-pleased, and will continue to call on them for all of our carpet and floor cleaning projects, as well as for their other specialty services. Greg and Dawn Ripley and their employees go the extra mile to ensure a positive customer experience in their work.

I was more than impressed with Ripley's services. We only had our carpets cleaned - but they definitely "wow'd" us. With children and dogs we get stains that are impossible to get up. BUT Ripley was able to get every single one up and even gas us hints on how to do it ourselves.

I would highly recommend their services to everyone.

Ripley Services goes out of their way to get your flooring as clean as possible. I really like the power of their truck mounted equipment. I have been using Ripley Services for more than a decade. I have seen him get some really old carpet clean that most thought was not salvageable.

Found Ripley Services through a google search for dryer vent cleaning. I called and left messages with 6 other businesses in the area, and Ripley's was the first to call back the next day. They were able to come out the same day they called me back. Reese Wilson was the technician. He was prompt, courteous, fast, and efficient. He even gave me a referral card for $50 my next service if I refer someone and my referral would get $50 off a $150 service.
I wish I had found them first before going through ProConnect an on-demand service advertised on my homeowner's warranty website. They assigned a technician that showed up in an unmarked car - no company logo, name, or insignia. Neither of them was carrying any tools or equipment. The main guy didn't seem to know where to look for the dryer vents. He pulled the dryer out not even halfway to even do a proper assessment. After walking all around the house, and not even 5min later he tells me it will cost me $300 for him and his guys to perform the cleaning. And he would have to come back another day to do it. I said thanks but no thanks. I will gather a few more quotes. Also, the guy was getting combative with me the whole time. I will never use ProConnect again and contemplating changing my homeowner's warranty company.

I've had Ripley Services as my exclusive carpet cleaners for over 10 years now. Every time, and I mean every time, they go above and beyond for me. My carpets look fabulous and smell great. No, they aren't magicians, but they can make most spots disappear. Very few times have they not been able to get something out. But when they can't, they tell you why and explain what might make it come back. I've never had them clean and not been satisfied with the results. I trust them so much, I had them do my duct cleaning as well and they did an excellent job there too. (You have no idea how nasty your ductwork is until they show you that dirty water... ewww) Short answer is, you can trust Ripley. They're honest, they work hard, and they do the job right. Oh, and their "Forever Clean" maintenance program -- WELL worth taking advantage of this great option!

Ripley Services spent five hours at my house today, and, when they left, I felt like I had new tile! Everything was professional and reliable from Daniela answering my pre-visit questions to emails to remind me of the date set for cleaning. Thank you Ripley!! You are invited back next time!

They cleaned my dryer vent. Their service was wonderful. The technicians were professional and friendly. I highly recommend Ripley Services. I have also used them in the past for carpet and vent cleaning.

Ripley Services did an outstanding job on my carpet and kitchen tiles! My carpets looked wonderful and he did an excellent job getting all of the pet urine smell out of my daughters rooms. I also had Mr. Ripley clean the tiles of my kitchen. My husband put travertine tiles all throughout our kitchen and then became very busy and did not seal our floors. The grout lines in the kitchen where extremely dirty. When Mr. Ripley was finished cleaning the tiles of our kitchen our floors look brand new again!! I would definitely use Ripley Services again and recommend this company to friends and family!

I've used Ripley for upholstery and carpet cleaning. They're friendly, efficient and timely. The owner Greg is very personable and explained our options thoroughly. We were very pleased with the results and the price was very reasonable.

My sister in-law came for a visit. With her small dog whom used our son's bedroom like it's own personal restroom. We had Ripley's come out and they did a fantastic job!! I was very thankful that they could fix my problem!

Another fabulous carpet clean from Ripley Services! I've been with them over 10 years and every time I get a great clean! I use their Forever Clean plan which is a fabulous option for paying it monthly and you get an extra clean per year! The guys are always so nice and really work to get your carpets as clean as possible. If you're needing a carpet cleaning company, I can put 10 years behind my referral to Ripley Services.

The two technicians that showed up were professional, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They did a great job cleaning carpet in five areas of my house in preparation for an open house this week. Will use Ripley again in the future for sure.

This is the second time in a month Reese and Alex have cleaned furniture for me (different residences). They did a GREAT job both times! They are nice to work with and don’t give you that creepy feeling that you have when some men are working at your home.

Ripley's is the most honest carpet cleaning company I've met yet! This company could have taken our money and moved forward with the job but Terry gave an honest assessment regarding the job. We were going to have them additionally stretch our carpets however, our carpets roll up onto lower wall to form a baseboard-like effect in our sunken den. They didn't want to tackle a special situation as this but referred another company who specializes in these. The other company came out quickly and performed the stretch nicely. Ripley's cleaned our carpets and our rugs! Really nice to have beautifully clean carpets and rugs that are free from chemicals and soaps!

Update; 2/4/19....The dog smell just would not leave this house....Ripley's Services to the rescue! This time we had the air ducts cleaned. We were provided several options and pick the one that fogged the ducts with an environmentally green cleaning agent that removes airborne pollutants and freshened the air too. Tony and Kevin were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. I am so pleased with the professional cleaning Ripley Service provides!

As a side note; it was great to have these cleaning professional come into my home and be so respectful, cautions with my possessions, and stay on task while cleaning in my home. No cell phone usage and no foul language was used. I felt safe and comfortable having Ripley Service's cleaning professionals in my home. If you are on the fence about
hiring a cleaning service for carpet, tile and grout or air duct cleaning....call Ripley Services you will be pleased with the level of professionals that enter your home and the excellent cleaning service they provide.

Update; 1/23/19...Ripley's Services never cease to amaze me! We purchased a home that had a heavy presence of dogs odor. The tile was filthy and the grout was caked full of dark filth and dog hair. So I called the professionals...Ripley's Services to the rescue! Again I was not disappointed! Friendly knowledgeable staff arrived on time. They went right to work at cleaning my tile and grout. Tony and Mike were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They got the job done in a timely manner eliminating the dark filth and dog hair from the gout making the old tile and grout look great.

Besides the fact Ripley's has always done a great job for us, we have never been in doubt as to the integrity of employees. We've been on the Forever Plan for several years, so the price can't be beat. Having scheduled cleaning makes it easy to keep carpets maintained. Spot cleaners for the in-between times are provided free of charge. So, what's not to love?

We used Ripley Services to clean the dryer vent in our home. Kim set up an appointment and was very nice. Tony and Mike came on time, were courteous, and answered all of my questions about their process. I would highly recommend this company.

I called to schedule my carpets to be cleaned as we had a big accident from one of our dogs, and I spoke with the owner, Greg, who took care of me after hours and got me all setup for an appointment. I couldn't be there during the visit, and when I got home I was a little disappointed that I couldn't smell the "clean" smell you get after having the carpets cleaned. Some people don't like that, but I do. I just kind of let it go, but then noticed an area of my carpet where there had been a bigger dog accident, and I smelled the area and it still smelled like it hadn't been cleaned very good. I didn't want to bother with it, so I didn't do anything about it. The next day I get a call from Ripley's asking if I was satisfied with my carpet cleaning, and I decided to mention my disappointment. Within minutes the owner, Greg, was texting me apologizing and asking to come out that day and get it corrected. My father met him at my house and he himself did another cleaning on the carpet that I wasn't happy with free of charge. When I got home that day I was greeted with a wonderful "clean" smell and I checked the carpet again and everything was GREAT!! Very very pleased with the way this company went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I will definitely use them again as having three dogs, I'm sure our carpets will need a regular cleaning.
