Every time we have had them out we have been super happy. First time a couple of years ago we called them on a day when it was 100 degrees out and the ac had stopped. They came out same day and had it working again. This last time we called them out for ac leaking. They came out the day we set the appointment for and had it fixed. No more leaking.

Update 5/31/23: we had an anomaly happen this afternoon with our unit today that caused it to stop working and house quickly heated up. Texas Pride sent the team out same day on short notice in the evening. Brantley quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We are actually happier with his fix because we did not like the fresh-air flow vent the builder installed. We are Texas Pride customers for life and will recommend them to others!

I found Texas Pride recommended by neighbors on NextDoor. I liked having the ease of making an appointment online. Brantley did a great job servicing my A/C unit. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He took pictures and did a great job explaining everything from about him and the company, what he was going to do, what was done and recommendations. I was a bit wary using a company I hadn’t used before for a tune-up special, but no worries here! The tune-up was affordable and Brantley didn’t try to up-sell a bunch of other services or parts. I definitely recommend Texas Pride and I will continue to use them.

Texas Pride Heating & Air Tech Simeon came out and assessed the situation that we were having in a quick and prompt manner. They explained it in words that made sense, answered all questions and did the work in a very professional manner. We gladly recommend them to all our friends and family.

As always, punctual, friendly and complete in their service. Lot of great folks work their and many have been there for years. Always a good sign!

I would like to start off by thanking Chaz for bringing a window unit to use for free! until the install was complete. he installed the window unit and we had it for a day or so, this was a few years ago. never had a chance to write a review until the yearly reminder for maintenance or check up etc was messaged. system is working good and they're always checking to see if everything is ok. Chaz was straight forward, honest, no B.S. and didn't try to up-sell me any parts or repairs. Just took care of business and fixed my ac unit at a very reasonable price. Fantastic service and experience! Quick and easy to get an appointment and costs were appropriate. It was a difficult install but the techs were outstanding and worked diligently to get it perfect. They even put up with my messy house and garage.

As members of their affordable Blue Bonnet club we have never had trouble getting someone out same day or early next day. Affordable, reliable, and the guys that have come out have always been very willing to discuss and explain the issue to make sure I know what’s going on. They have also always. Even willing to discuss options on temporary fixed or more permanent solutions without feeling like they are selling things to me.

Jacob was great to work with! He was personable, communicated clearly, and answered all of my questions. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my a/c and got it fixed within a few hours.

The Dispatcher, April, is always super friendly, and called to update me with any minor delays and see if it was still a good time for them to come by. I love that you can track their vehicle to know precisely where they are and how long of a wait, almost like an uber.

Chaz the tech was able to come out late at night, and quickly able to figure out what the issue was.

We had a bad experience with another company and they turned us over to Texas Pride finally admitting after putting in a new a/c and many thousands later they could not fix the problem. Texas Pride sent Jacob today with a buddy and in ten mins he found one problem and fixed it and in twenty mins more figured out the rest. After almost two years and many thousands later we believe we now have answers to our problems. Thats what you get when Qualified, Quality people are hired.Jacob was not only sweet he was very knowledgeable and what a breath of fresh air. I’m sorry I do not remember his partners name but he was just as good. And what pleasent attitudes. I had to run and get my grandson and had absolutely no reservations about leaving them to run and get him. I will definitely recommend this company and use them in the future. I can’t say enough great things about Texas Pride Heating and Air! From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Received a tuneup on our AC for the start of summer, and discovered some issues (bent furnace door) that were causing the unit not to work as efficiently.

The technicians, Duncan & Gabriel were friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed the bent door, cleaned the coils, and had us ready to go in a short amount of time. We will have them back out for our winter check later in the year. What really impressed me was how honest and transparent Duncan and Gabriel were—no upselling, no hidden fees, just quality service at a fair price.

WOW! Texas Pride installed a mini-split AC/Heating unit in a secondary dwelling / Tiny House on our property. The unit works great, and is energy efficient for our climate. We sincerely adored their staff, and the respect they showed for our military family was abounding. We have lived in many states throughout our military career, and we've owned several homes that entailed multiple Heating and Air maintenance relationships over the years and these guys are hands down the best! Quality service, affordable pricing, exceptionally southern customer service, solid work ethic, and extreme attention to detail. We highly recommend!
