I’ve worked with AC Savior several times over the last three years and always found them to be honest and concerned about helping to fix my problems and save me money. While they charge a fair price for services rendered, there’s no attempt to recommend services that are not really needed. The owner, who is always involved in discussing options, is mostly concerned with the satisfaction of helping people, and trusts that this is also the way to make his business grow. In return I’ve recommended AC Savior to friends and family who have enjoyed both the working air conditioning and the feeling that the repairmen care about both their comfort and their finances. I recommend them for both for the quality of work and the peace of mind that comes with it.

Excellent service, very professional and eager to serve. The owner responded to my emergency call in summer of '22 when our AC died and other companies wouldn't even answer the phone or show up. The issue was immediately identified and I had an entirely new unit within 24 hours. Since then the annual checkups are a breeze and provide peace of mind that we won't be miserable again. Everybody needs to "know a guy" for something and this is your HVAC Guy, hands down. 10/10

Adel and AC Savior did a great job in fixing an issue we were having with our AC recently. Adel was quick to respond and come to our home to investigate the problem. We had some unexpected snags after the initial repair, but Adel was again quick to respond and ensure that our system was working. Adele is very professional and his expertise is unmatchable. We always have him on speed dial for all our ac and heating issues. He is very responsive and takes care of every detail while debugging the issue. He makes his recommendation and also explain the root cause in a very patient and detailed manner. He will never suggest anything that he wouldn’t do at his house. Working with him has always been a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for these services.

AC saviors was recommended to me by a friend after my AC stopped working. It can be very stressful when this happens especially with the heat in Texas. My husband and I are newly weds and new home owners so we had never dealt with this before. I called AC saviors and they were able to schedule an appointment for the very same day! Adel came to my house and looked over everything. He had me go outside with him and explained all the parts of my AC unit as well as what was wrong. He was so good at explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He taught me how to do some of the AC maintenance on my own (which no one has EVER done for me before). We recently moved to TX and purchased a home. We experienced several (expensive) items that required repairs in the house. After calling many service providers, we realized the cost of repairs and estimates varied greatly. All estimates varied from $12,000 to over $30,000 for our HVAC systems. This is difficult when we just poured so much money into purchasing the house. Adel was referred to us by a friend and we are truly grateful. He fit us into his busy schedule and told us the truth of what required immediate attention, actions that could help our situation, and estimates to save up to if we wanted to replace our systems in the future. No sales pitch and no waiting. Just very honest and appreciated assistance. He made repairs on the spot and we discussed a plan forward that we were all comfortable with. It is difficult to find someone who can service our systems without telling us that we just need to replace them entirely right now. We trust and recommend Adel!

I met Adel when he responded to my home warranty company. He came to my rescue at 105 degree weather and my air conditioning had gone out. He was here on day one and did not leave until temporary repair was done. My 30+ old unit would need to be replaced! The next day, he was thoughtful enough to follow up with me to make sure the unit was working and to see if I was alright; that is when I knew he and his company would be the ones to replace my unit. No surprise, I did not hear from my warranty company for at least three weeks.

Adel and crew replaced my unit, inside and out. His price was fair and crew worked hard and quickly. After installation, Adel called, again, to check on unit and me. I couldn’t have asked for a better company. Adel is someone I trust and highly recommend.

Adel and his crew did a fantastic job. We had to replace our HVAC unit in a relatively short time after some ongoing issues with an old unit. They responded quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote. Adel was very personable and broke down his reasoning for his choice of HVAC. The installation was completed without any issue, and the system has been working great! We really appreciate their help especially in something as important as central air conditioning as we roll into the worst of summer.

Adel, came out and fixed another HVAC company’s mid diagnosis and wrong parts for 1/2 the cost! He was knowledgeable, and courteous… Coming out the same day I called and even had the needed parts... all American made!!! I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs! AC Savior is excellent! Our unit, furnace and airhamdler were all replaced. They were there on time, worked extremely hard and were very kind. Adel was also communicative throughout the entire process. I highly recommend AC Savior to anyone who needs their ac replaced or repaired.

Adel and his crew were beyond words AMAZING. I cannot say enough about how quick, professional, and awesome they were. It's unbelievable to me how quickly and good looking they made our heat pump and AFFORDABLE. There are a lot of scammers out there over charging ignorant customers (like myself) and Adel is honest and respectful and truly cares about the customer. I cannot thank AC Savior enough!!! Bought a new house and the air-conditioning unit was close to end of life. I called several AC companies and got quotes. What I noticed is that the other companies provided me a quote to replace the system, while Top Gun gave me the option to repair my old system. While the cost to repair was close to the cost of a new system, I opted to go with the recommended Heat-Pump energy efficient upgrade. Working with the top gun air crew, they educated me a whole lot on how air systems work. Who would have thought how complex these systems could be.

I am unbelievably happy and fully satisfied with the new system and the performance of the Top Gun crew. And they left my house spotless and hauled away the old system.

Just had new system installed May 11, 2024. Tech who did the install, he and his crew did a really good job of installing and getting me up and running to enjoy cool air that night. After approximately 6 hours to complete the job, the install tech in charge spent time to get my thermostat going. All this fancy schmancy new technology threw me for a loop so after they left I didn’t really understand all the bells & whistles. I struggled through the weekend to do settings correctly and try to keep cool, to no avail. I knew I needed a tutorial, so I contacted rep that sold me the system and he had main office send out just the right guy (immediately). I was frazzled and felt like an idiot, but Justin took his time to show me how to set a schedule, and other features and answer my questions. He explained for me how the settings of cooling mode, fan, and compressor work to balance humidity and make my home cool. Besides not understanding how to make the system run properly, humidity was a big issue. Thanks to my hero tech, Justin, I now have a better understanding of my new system with heat pump. He made just the right adjustments to cut the humidity. I can’t say Thank You enough to Justin for being patient, professional and kind. I don’t know it all but I do have a better understanding of how my “new Rolls Royce” runs and I know I have a great support team to help me going forward. Top Gun is Top Notch!!

I've owned my house for over 40 years. I have never experienced the professionalism and follow up Top Gun provided me. If u want no nonsense... quick...fair and attention to detail...choose these folks. My new HVAC unit is great and from office to installers these folks take care of business.

I never like to leave a mediocre review but my experience has been a little disappointing or I have some of the worst luck. After going through a few proposals, I ended selected Top Gun to install a Daikin Fit. Here is how the process has been going.
6/25: the unit was installed with minimal problems.
7/3: a tech came back to take pictures to submit to the city for approval. He noted that there were a few missing items.
7/10: a tech came out to resolve the identified missing items for city approval. He did not have all the items to complete the process and will need to return.
7/17: a tech came out to complete the final items noted in the last visit. He noted that the condenser unit might be leaking oil.
7/19: a tech came out to inspect the unit to see if it was repairable. He said the condensing unit is defective and will need to be replaced. He recharged the unit and said it should get me through most of the weekend before the unit can be replaced on Monday 7/22.
7/20: within 24 hours of the tech recharging the system, the unit has stopped cooling. I can probably tolerate 24 hours without AC but 48 would be pushing it, especially depending on the weather. I called the emergency line to see if there could be a band-aid fix to get me through the next 48 hours. I was told that unfortunately, due to environmental rules, they cannot recharge again so they will try to get me some portable AC units in the meantime. I never received a callback so I decided to get my own portable unit to keep at least one room cool in my house.
7/22: a new unit was put in place. Hopefully it lasts longer.
I know it happens but getting a top-of-the-line unit to have it break down in less than a month is still disappointing and leading to quite a bit of buyer’s remorse. Fortunately, the weather cooled significantly on Sunday, but to be SOL and pretty much on my own with a defective unit could have ended poorly if we had normal June Texas weather. Adjusting my work schedule for the multiple visits have been inconvenient to say the least.
The workers I’ve interacted with have been pleasant to work with.

My downstairs A/C tripped the circuit breaker in a Texas summer day and Austin from Top Gun came to the rescue within the hour. He solved the issue and provided service to my A/C Units. The service was delivered promptly and professionally - can’t thank Top Gun enough for being there. I’ve been using their service for 2 years and I highly recommend them! Thanks Austin!
