Extremely courteous and knowledgeable technician. Very fair, honest and transparent pricing. Local company in Keller/not a big national chain so this is very personal service. Highly recommended if you want to know you are getting a trustworthy price for quality work and equipment.

We have been a client for several years and have been very pleased with their service and professionalism. They are very responsive when we have had issues and usually can come out very quickly. We have had a unit replaced and received a good deal and great service. I would highly recommend them.

Update: They offer a tune-up program for A/C units and furnaces in the spring and fall. We have found this to be a great service so our units are ready for the heavy use times of the year. They have found a couple of small items that needed attention that could have been a real problem later on. I would highly recommend they staff and service.

Had a slight emergency with our ac system for my building and mid cities was the only place that could get out quickly to look at our issue. After arriving, they noticed that everything looked OK and that the issue we experienced can happen naturally with the type of electronic system used with our ac system. They said ac will come back on after sitting for a bit so nothing was needed to be done. HONESTY was in full view here. The other thing I liked is that one of the owners of the comapny came on the service call. I love dealing with locally owned businesses because they seem to have a higher level of service and seem to care more about the customers because they live in our community. I would highly recommend Mid Cities Air Conditioning and Heating. They didn't try to sell me services or products I didn't need.

Zack repaired the condensation pipe that was leaking on my indoor closet unit. Very professional and he worked fast but efficiently. Mid-Cities AC is great outfit with reasonable pricing.

My AC broke on Sunday. I called Mid-CITIES and a real person answered. They dispatched a technician who was very professional and he had the part on his truck to fix it. He had me back up and running in no time. By the way, ir was 100 degrees in the shade. Thanks Bill at Mid- Cities. We will use them again!

Just after 6pm on Wednesday night our air went out. Immediately I made a call to Mid cities and left a message. We have always been happy with their excellent service and this was no exception. Jonathan was at our house by 10:30 and our ac was purring by 11:30.
These guys are great. Nice, pleasant , knowledgeable and reasonable prices. Really appreciated the quick service since I can’t deal with this heat.

Mid-Cities AC has consistently provided us with excellent service! We installed a brand new system. And while there were a few hiccups, they were very responsive to getting them resolved quickly. We Are very satisfied the new system. Additionally they’ve been willing to work around issues we’ve encountered with our mom, who lives with my sister & I, and is in very ill health. That has meant more to us than anything.

I cannot speak highly enough of this organization, their work ethic, & their service! I’m most especially grateful for Jonathon. He is definitely their Rock Star!!

We have used Mid-Cities Air Conditioning and Heating for over 6 years and have always been extremely happy with their customer service, installations and very fair and reliable tuning services. They are responsive, on time, respectful and reliable. Between helping us keep old units alive, to replacing 4 units (which required replacing), in two different houses, everything has gone smoothly. Very knowledgeable staff that goes above and beyond to make sure we are getting only what we need and nothing extra unless we are requesting it.

Anytime we have had an issue with our untis it has been handled in short order and we are left with confidence that everything will work as intended. There hasn't been a situation where they have left our house and not been able to correct our issue and make sure we are comfortable in our home.

The Mid Cities technician was prompt, knowledgeable and honest. I had a job done on another property I own in Irving by One Hour A/C service and it seemed as they were most interested in charging me as much money as they could. They wanted to sell me a new unit. I wish Mid Cities A/C would come to Irving.

Great experience from start to finish. Another company kept pushing me off for 3 days. I finally called Mid-cities and the dispatcher was friendly and pleasant. They got someone to me in two hours! When the tech showed up he was professional and pleasant, he educated me on how to deal with this problem should it happen again, and got me up and running quickly. And it was reasonably priced! Definitely my new HVAC company.

Jonathan was awesome! Originally I filed through my warranty but the company they use had terrible reviews. Mid-Cities on the other hand had great reviews and the service fee was less than the warranty company. They were responsive, on time, and very professional. He explained and checked everything and now I have ac again!

Updated on 6/15/25 Jonathan came out to my home again to fix the AC. He called me at 7:00 on a Sunday morning, on Father's Day and was at my house in less than 30 minutes! He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It was a part that Mid-Cities replaced and was under warranty so he fixed it at no charge. I signed up for their membership program because they consistently provide great service and help the longevity of my unit.

Zach and his crew were very neat in the installation, we felt we finally had an honest a/c company explaining their product, program, and warranty, no pressure, and a good price!
