I found Bailey's construction on facebook and I called to get a price quote. The owner was quick to respond and I was truly impressed with the work he did. My job was not so big and he was extremely fair on his price. It would have cost me more to rent the equipment to grind a stump and not to mention the high heat index. Thanks Dale for your service.

Dale came out and looked at my project and followed up with a written quote detailing the services to be provided and the cost. Others merely gave me cost per day for the machine and operator but no concise cost estimate.

Dale contacted me to coordinate some fence removal that was required prior to the Hydromulch project. One of his employees actually worked on the Fourth of July Holiday weekend so my project could begin on Monday.

My fence clearing project was completed ahead of schedule even though some additional stumps were ground after the tree mulching was complete. Job well done and reasonably priced.

I will use Bailey’s Construction in the future for all my land clearing and stump grinding. Dale is straight forward and provides quality service at an affordable price.

Jim and Wayne have been fantastic to work with from start to finish! This is our first inground pool and I couldn't be more pleased! They've answered every one of our questions nearly immediately, and been johnny on the spot to complete promised tasks on time!

Preferred Pools of Houston provided us with a pool refurbishment we are proud of. The service they provided was top notch. We purchased a house with a small 15 year-old pool in need of replastering. The pool deck was also scant and underwhelming. David Russell, owner of Preferred Pools, led us through the process of replastering and resurfacing the pool with a mini pebble surface. After many discussions and viewing project displays in the Preferred Pools office, he helped us complete the project with a pool deck extension. David kept the extension to an appropriate scale for the pool size, and did not pressure us to overly extend the deck size. What started out as a dinky pool in grass is now a small gem set in travertine in the backyard, complete with up-to-date code upgrades. We are very pleased to have been recommended to Preferred Pools, and in turn, highly recommend them as a preferred pool contractor.

I was ready to buy a pool and their great salesman ignores you and try's to talk down to you. We will end up going with some one else! Stay away from these people!

They do a good job of regular maintenance but if you need anything other than regular maintenance be prepared to wait for months and months with zero follow up.

It’s been almost two years and these people still haven’t finished my parents pool. You can never get anyone out and no one answers the phone.They are always giving them the run around. JUST DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.

Came and looked at our pool for replastering. Will not return calls or emails or give us a quote. Disappointed they wasted our time and dont want our business. Please avoid

Preferred pools was awesome. Built our pool from ground break, to swimming in a little over a month. It was a very easy process, and our pool is beautiful.

If you're thinking about having a pool built you should run fast away from this company. You invests your hard earned money and do not need a company that ignores your request or insults your decisions. They do not control their subs or really care about what you the customer really wants.

We had lots of issues following our install with service 2.5 yrs ago, but I will say Preferred in my current experience has been great. So, job well done in fixing the service standards.
