We used Victory Comfort Solutions to replace an existing AC unit and were very pleased with the service and work that was done. Matt was very responsive when I initially contacted him and put us on the schedule quickly. The installers were very friendly and professional. We highly recommend Victory Comfort Solutions.

First of all, thank you so much to whomever recommended Matt with Victory Comfort Solutions. He is the consummate professional and truly knows his stuff! I called him out to give a bid on a job after receiving a prior bid from another business. He came and spent almost 2 hours examining every facet of our HVAC system in order to fully understand both my needs, and in to find a solution within our price range. We did talk about a number of potential solutions, and the one he ended up recommending was less than a third the price of what we thought we needed. Once we agreed on a price, he went to work, with complete professionalism and thoroughness, and the job was done to perfection. I am happy to recommend him without reservation to anyone seeking an air conditioning solution. Thanks Matt!

Update: So I left an excellent review (see below) when I first dealt with Matt. Since then, I have used him for issues with our A/C in our current home and he is currently installing a complete HVAC system in our new home we are building. Matt is probably the most trustworthy person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He truly cares about what he does and wants to make his customers happy. He has been so easy to deal with during such a stressful process of building a house by owner.

1st review: So glad I found this company! We needed to replace the entire A/C system at one of our rental properties and had three different companies come out to give us a quote. Matt was great. He was professional and honest and gave us several options to choose from that fit our budget. His prices were competitive and fair and his crew did the job quickly and efficiently. Matt went above and beyond to take care of our tenants while the job was being done. Our tenants are so happy with the new system.

I've used Victory Comfort Solutions twice for a/c installation. Both times they were able to assess what needed to be done the same day, and were doing the new installs within 2 days. Matt and his team are very professional and the quality of their work was excellent. I'll also add that the cost was very reasonable and I was given alternatives to consider before chosing the best strategy. I highly recommend them.

Matt and his guys are absolutely amazing and I will recommend them to anyone that needs A/C work. We called Matt on a Saturday afternoon when we realized there was a problem with our A/C. He was at our house first thing Sunday morning, yes, SUNDAY, no extra charge. He showed and explained everything to us, even I was able to understand what was wrong. We ended up needing a new unit, inside and outside. Not what we wanted to hear, but Matt worked with us and gave us a great price. I hardly ever say that because I’m stingy. Anyways, the next morning, Monday 9am, three of his guys showed up, super professional and didn’t mind me asking questions while they worked on the outside unit. I wasn’t about to go in the attic, it was almost 100 degrees outside. The whole install, clean up, and test run was done by 2pm, it only took them 5 short hours and we had air again. The new unit is absolutely beautiful and runs very quiet. They even included a 10 year warranty. Top notch business!!!

Matt Duhon installed a 5-ton AC and furnace which replaced my 20 plus year-old system. I knew Matt and Vic from their days at Weeks. This was the second installation by Victory at my home.

First, the crew who did the installation led by Ron and Abraham did an excellent job. They were hardworking and spent around 12 hours installing the unit with the only rest for lunch. We had a problem with the Amazon thermostat I had rigged up to work with my previous 20 plus year-old unit. Matt and Vic came out the next morning and solved the issue. Secondly the crews were polite and respectful, and we hardly noticed they were in the house. Third, we felt the price was more than reasonable compared to other quotes we received. We will use Victory again in the future.

This company provides expert services at a fair and honest price! Their second opinion saved me so much time and stress. I’m very pleased with the quality of work and quick response time from the entire team. Their knowledge, professionalism, and care set them apart!

Goodness... where do I even begin with how good this company was to us... unfortunately platinum Air was not our first call. The first company we called sent us a tech that didn't wanna even touch our system cause it was "too old and needed to be replaced" and that it wouldn't turn back on no matter what we did to it... he charged us 100 dollars, then up and left saying that we can't make it through the winter without spending 20k on a new unit... so then we called platinum Air. The 2 gentlemen that showed up were at my house maybe 10 minutes, got my furnace running, knew exactly which parts we needed. Wasn't even close to 20k that we paid them. Please save yourself the stress, platinum Air knows their stuff. They need to be the first and only call you make. They're honest. They're good. They're heroes. Long story short.... call platinum Air for your HVAC needs. :)

They are amazing! So incredibly nice and professional from the first call to schedule service and then actually coming and doing the work. I had my furnace replaced. They were honest but not pushy. I highly recommend them!

Always respond immediately to calls and they show up right away. I trust their recommendations. Just did a complete AC changeout in our office building in less than 4 hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had them come out and fix an issue with condensation on our vents where the builder hadn't sealed things properly. We also got some other work done and they were super responsive, quick and when we had something that needed a little more work they came right back out to take a look. Love a company that is responsive and local, makes it an easy choice. We'll definitely be using them for any future air conditioning work, especially as their prices beat others we had for quotes!

Again Platinum Air comes up BIG! So, my A/C unit was running high at night, so I sent a text to Justin in the early morning and without hesitation he said we will be there between 3-5.
